綺麗な施設

新幹線の新尾道駅構内に観光案内所があります。
パンフレットや資料など、一通り揃っています。
案内所内には待合スペースがあるので、新幹線の待ち時間に重宝します。

フレンドリーさに欠ける観光案内所

新尾道駅、新幹線改札口のすぐ横にありました。案内所内には、有人カウンターがあり係員も存在するのですが、来所された観光客に「いらっしゃい」とか「何かお探しですか？」という挨拶をするでもなく、テレビゲームでもやってるんでしょうかパソコンに向かってなにやらカシャカシャとキー操作をしていました。（メールとか書類を作成する操作音ではありませんでした）

とはいえ、無料のwifiはあるし、エアコンも快適に効いており、完全セルフサービスですが観光案内のパンフレットなどは揃っています。施設は充実しているのでかろうじて★評価をふたつにしました。

오노미치역 안내소보다 규모도 크고, 다른 곳에 없는 팸플릿도 구경하고,
안에 테이블 좌석도 있어 팸플릿 보기 편함.
음료자판기도 있고, 커피자판기의 메뉴는 카페처럼 많음.

不親切です

改札を通ってから構内には飲み物の自販機以外食事する場所がないことに気づきました。（新幹線もローカルのこだましか停まらない駅には食べるところが無いことに今さら気付いた次第）
改札外のコンビニへ出てもいいか駅員に聞いたらダメと言われました。
観光案内所もその不親切な駅員が一人でやっているみたい？
あきらめて、飲み物だけで我慢しました。
