Top team which gives great service, from booking until wrap up of the balloon... a most wonderful and pleasant experience. We booked a private flight and in mutual understanding the date and location was picked. We were lucky that the weather conditions worked in our favour so the 1st chosen date was 'doable'.

We had an excellent ride from the boarder of the town where we live to the village where I grew up. My husband had finally 'made my long life wish come true to experience this ride'.
A wonderfull memory to stay for ever and ever.

Thank you hubby and thank you Step in balloon team.

We just went last Saturday evening and what an experience!
A extremely good pilot and very friendly.
Also the team was helpful and supportive.
I am afraid of heights and so a little concerned, but they put me at ease and I can confirm IT IS OK!
Just look during the first minutes at least to the horizon and not down and you will be fine.
I can only advise the services!
It is a real, relaxing experience.
But would suggest, as we did, a private charter!

Best present we ever gave to our parents, a truly amazing experience!!
Even with extreme fear of heights, hot air ballooning is amazing, no fear at all!
Just relax ... enjoy the silence, enjoy the view and go with the wind.

Everything was perfect. We had preferred to start closer from our location, but understood that balloons can only fly with the wind and need a safe start and mainly landing place, which not only depends on the wind direction but also of expected wind speed. So we got, in top of the flight, a better insight on the piloting issues.
Personal on the balloon and also on the ground was very professional and friendly.
An unique experience that we recommend to everybody.
