We are two travellers from Australia and found Argentine Moto tours on google search when travelling in Mendoza. This man was extremely accommodating and helpful, and provided a fuss free, easy service for bike hire. He runs his shop from a beautiful family winery, worth a visit in itself as it produces beautiful boutique wines! I wouldn’t hesitate to book again with him or recommend him to anyone. All the best, Margi

Spent a day doing the Villavicencio/Uspallata (mainly off road)guided tour with Juan, an excellent guide who knows the area like the back of his hand. This is much better than simply hiring a bike on your own as we followed many dirt tracks I would never have known even existed including an old miners' track where we stopped for an assada in one of the converted mine buildings.
En route I had a puncture and Juan expertly repaired it at the side of the road and we were on our way again.
I would highly recommend this tour.

Thanks for your feedback, yes sometimes is better doing that road with a guide and the rider can enjoy the trip. Hope to see you again.

Great experience with Argentina Moto Tours! They have all very well arranged and the bike was supergood. This ten day trip through the Andes was extremely beautiful because they provided me with lots of suggestions and things to see. They were always available for any questions and they know each trail you might want to go. I recommend Argentina Moto Tours, for their service far beyond what I expected. It gave me an amazing holiday!

Perfect experience with Juan Pablo, very easy communication via WhatsApp and a beautifully maintained bike, perfect to shoot off into the mountains near Mendoza and experience the immense landscapes of the Andes. Juan also rented me a great jacket, helmet and gloves so I felt very secure on the bike. Would rent again 100%

We where 3 middel aged men from Norway, that had a terrific MC tour with AMT.
The tour was 1 week, and we traveled about 1800 km, 80% off road.
The crew from AMT gave a fantastic service, the bikes vere good, the barbeque was eksellent, and we had an experience for life, so it can be recommended

Villavicencio Full Day Tour – took about 8.5 hours
The guide: Juan Pablo was the guide for the day (it is his tour company). He was awesome. He is super passionate and knowledgeable about motorcycles. He is very friendly and loves to talk motorcycles. Ask him about his trip from Alaska to Argentina, and his trip around Australia and Tasmania. Juan Pablo speaks English fluently – so I had no trouble communicating with him. He knew the road we were travelling very well and knew all the great places to stop and take pictures.
The ride: The ride took about 8.5 hours . It started in Chacras de Coria (about 20 minutes outside of the center of Mendoza). We rode about an hour on asphalt roads to get to the base of the mountains. About half of that was city riding, and the other half was on an open road with no cars, where you can speed-up heading to the base of the mountains. The ride up Route 52 was truly spectacular. Its nickname is the “The Road of 365 Curves.” Look it up – it’s epic. The dirt road clings to the edge of the mountain as it winds its way up. Great twists and turns with awesome views. For me, that is the reason I ride.
Once you crest the mountains, there are some nice dirt roads that are relatively flat, with great views of mountains all around, including Aconcagua. We eventually got to Uspallata, a small town up in the mountains and started our trip on asphalt back down the mountains. I thought it would be an easy ride down, but the cross winds were fierce that day. So that made it a bit more exciting racing down the mountain roads. This ride has inspired me to plan to go back to Argentina for a longer multi-day motorcycle trip.
Birds and animals: We got to see a number of condors from the road. Some of them were swooping pretty low and you could clearly see their features. We also saw a herd of guanaco, not more than 30 feet from the road.
The bike: I rode a Honda 250 Tornado (an enduro model). The bike was in good working condition. I had no issues during the ride. I got up to about 60 miles per hour on the asphalt and up to about 40 miles per hour on the dirt. (Note that Juan Pablo was great at letting me ride at the speed I was comfortable at – he neither slowed me down, nor asked me to speed up. He rode at the speed I wanted to ride.) The bike felt stable the whole ride. It was a good bike for the roads we travelled (over 75% of the ride was on a dirt mountain road).
Lunch: We stopped for lunch in a restaurant in the middle of nowhere in the mountains. The food was surprisingly good. They had excellent grilled meats – chorizo, blood sausage, strip steak, and short ribs. I didn’t have to choose which cut of meat I wanted – all the meats were offered in amounts that were way more than I could possibly eat. There was also grilled vegetables, a salad, and desert. Everything was great.
Bottom Line: If you are in Mendoza and like riding motorcycles and are comfortable riding on dirt roads, this tour should be on your itinerary.

Renting from AMT was a piece of cake! The bike was great for both off-road riding through the mountains - amazing! - and for the highway between Mendoza and Chile - also amazing! Highly recommend!

Argetina Motor tours was the best part of my whole trip to Mendoza. The guides are not only great teachers and tour guides but very fun to hang out with as well. The bikes ran great and they had all the proper gear as well. By signing up with Argentina motortours you immediately will get to ride the best secret spots and routes that you couldn't by just renting a bike on your own. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, it is also an amazing and fun way to see the whole countryside of Mendoza.

We would love to go on a motorbike tour for a day. Are you available this week on Mon, Tues or Wed? I am trying to find out more but your website will not load and I have no phone here in Argentina. How much does it cost and where do you go?
Thanks
