About
The classes are held on a special place and Cristina will teach you to prepare "empanadas mendocinas" in the clay oven. We will continue preparing meet and vegetables on the open fire with fresh chumichurri sauce based on Arauco olive oil .We finish the class with a desert: caramelized fruit from the clay oven. Finca Adalgisa Malbec wine will be present during all the experience! Advance reservation and payment is required. The Cooking class is not available everyday so, we recommend you to book asap!

Fun and Delicious!

I learnt how to make an Angentinian assado (barbecue) and delicious empanadas! Cristina is so likable and funny! At the end we eat the empanadas and the Assado. So much food! And so delicious! Loved it!

Cooking with Christina was the highlight of Mendoza
Jan 2020
This was the best thing we did in Mendoza after having it recommended by other friends. Christina is so fun to cook with and be around plus the food was incredible. It's more of a cooking "demonstration" than a class where you actually cook your own food but that was fine by us since we dove pretty deep into the unlimited wine.

Cristina’s cooking can’t be missed
Dec 2019
The setting, the food, the wine... and Cristina herself! All amazing.

If you’re a meat lover and a wine drinker do not miss this.

Empanadas!
Dec 2019 • Couples
The cooking class with Cristina was an intimate, engaging experience and the perfect was for my wife and I to spend our first evening at Finca Adalgisa. Cristina did a wonderful job explaining how she makes each dish and each one tasted amazing. The wine provided throughout the class and dinner was also top-notch.

An amazing evening of food and camaraderie
Apr 2019 • Couples
We visited the Mendoza area and were very pleasantly surprised at the gem of accommodation we had! And while there we discovered there was a cooking class in the evening (2 spots available!) followed by dinner. It was delicious and so much fun. We made empanadas, chimichurri, watched Cristina Grill our HUGE steaks to perfection along with lots of vegetables. The wine flowed freely and the chatter nonstop. Wonderful! I would not hesitate to do it again.

We stayed at Villa Adalgisa with our two daughters in May and took the cooking class with Cristina. It was Amazing! she adjusted the class so our daughters could participate and we loved it. The food and wine were great. We took notes and already applied some of the tips she gave us at home.

Best Meal
Feb 2019 • Friends
This was by far our favorite meal of the entire trip to Argentina. Cristina taught us so much about what goes into an authentic Argentinian meal. It is more of a demonstration than a cooking class, so do not think you will be doing the chopping. However, you do get to sit back, relax, enjoy lots of wine, and be entertained by learning from Cristina's class.

Wonderful Experience!
Nov 2018 • Couples
The cooking class with Cristina was well worth the time and money! We had a great time learning how to cook some of our favorite foods! We came home and promptly made empanadas :) All set in the gorgeous Finca Algesia, where we plan to stay when we return. Can't recommend it more!! Oh and we did receive aprons to take home. Don't hesitate, just book!!

Fabulous Feast
Nov 2018 • Friends
We spent our last night in Mendoza learning how to make empanadas as a start followed by beef, potatoes and veggies. Crisitina was very funny and focused. Her assistant had cooked the asado for us the first night and he was great too. Very patient while he taught me how to close the empanadas. We had a great time with other couples while enjoying the amazing wine and food.
