This is a fantastic event to do. It is a demonstration with some hands on cooking class with a really good chef at a wonderful boutique hotel and winery. Arrive early if you are not staying here to walk around and start drinking their wonderful malbec. Cristina is great, walking you through the making of chimichurri and empanadas. She gives... More

This cooking class is one of the highlights of our trip. We had such a fun time but most importantly had the best empanadas you will ever find anywhere. That’s not even an exaggeration, nothing else came close on our tour of Argentina. It was so good I still think about it. You should do the cooking class for the... More

If you travel to Chacras de Coria and don't do this cooking class you have missed a great opportunity! An opportunity to learn about local foods. An opportunity to meet interesting people. An opportunity to have a fun evening. Cristina has one of her assistants assigned to keeping your wine glass full all evening. So you will have NO opportunity... More

We took this class while we were on our honeymoon. First, the location is absolutely charming and I loved the kitchen set up. Cristina is very talented and is a very good teacher, but she is also very entertaining! Now, we had some incredible meals on our honeymoon, but we both agree that this was definitely one of the beat.... More

We are so happy we decided to attend this class! Christina was lovely, and her knowledge and culinary skills were amazing. The food was incredible. And plentiful. A word of advice to people considering the class, go with an empty belly and don't fill up on bread. You get seemingly endless refills of one of the best wines we've had... More

We took the cooking class merely because it was a cold night, and the setting of the lovely Finca Adalgisa bodega, where the cooking class is held, is warm and cosy, with beautiful views out onto the vineyard - and it seemed like a better idea than going out in the cold looking for somewhere to eat. It turned out... More

I took a cooking class at Finca Adalgisa during my visit to Mendoza, a small winery (and olives too) just outside Mendoza in Chacras de Coria. Everything about this activity was perfect. First, someone came and pick us up at our hotel in Mendoza (and brought us back after dinner, of course). Then, the grounds, buildings and settings are just... More

While staying at the marvelous Finca Adalgisa, we took a cooking class with Cristina. It was one of the best things we did on this holiday. Cristina is a natural teacher--- warm, funny and a marvelous chef! The meal was amazing and we all learned how to cook an astonishing meal over fire! We absolutely loved Cristina and the whole... . . . .and you learn to do it yourself! Cristina and her staff are warm and welcoming. The class is informative and interactive. And after a few sips of wine, everyone wants to participate, so don't be shy to do this amazing event. You can be hands-on or an on-looker. She provides all the menus at the end of... More
