It was a fun experience and I recommend everyone should try it at least once. I recommend booking it online because if you don't the 1st come 1st serve spots fill up very quickly. This is the ONLY parasailing company in all of Puerto Rico as of now. The parasailing itself was fun but everything else was not as good. The parking at the beach is horrible. You will have to walk a few blocks are risk getting an $150 parking ticket like we did. The beach was super crowded because this is the only place that offered different water activities. The areas where you could rent a chair and find a spot on the beach was limited because the hotels reserved most of the of the beach area for their guest and wont allow you to rent a chair from them due to Covid concerns. Overall it was a good experience and what I expected.

We had a great time parasailing. The views are amazing. The crew was good and made sure we were safe. I thought they would include pictures. Next time we know to book with a group or have a person just go for observation and picture taking (there were just 2 of us). Seemed a little shorter than 10 minutes. When we were heading back to shore they guys told us it was their lunch time. So maybe that's why. Learned a few lessons on the 1st round but I am definitely willing to do it again with this company.

My boys (10 and 12) enjoyed trying to fly board. They both managed to get up for 30 seconds max-typically 10-15 sec spurts. The waves and wind make it hard, but they had fun.
I gave this place 4 vs 5 stars because the abs a boat ride was lame. We did the banana boat the day before and it was way too slow for them. They would have preferred more slides, turns, excitement..

i would stay away from this place. First, staff at the beach (booking shack) was plain rude. They advertise $110 pp leaving out the "plus tax" note (expetc to pay $125 approx). But the main reason for a bad review is the ride itself. It was 9 minutes, not the 10 minutes they advertise, and 5 of the 9 minutes the sail pretty much remained idle as the boat barely moved. compare to parasailing at other caribbean destinations, this was the most expensive and the least fun of them all.

Absolutely terrible! Staff were rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. We had reservations for parasailing they were completely unprepared. Rain came and we held for that to clear, it cleared but all 4 of them decided to stop and eat their lunch while they watched us sit and wait on them. 1.5 hours later we asked for a refund as the rain started again. We clearly could have went if they had taken us instead of taking a lunch break while we sat there. Now mind you when when we walked up to the counter it was 12:30 and our tour wasn’t until one they had plenty of time to eat then but they chose to do it when they were to be providing our tour! Beware read the poor reviews on their website as well

We had a very negative experience with Watersports 4U. We wanted to go parasailing, and were told we can take our stuff with us. We didn’t realize that it was required for us to swim to the boat. One member of our party is not a strong swimmer and couldn’t get there, while another lost their phone in the ocean. It should have been communicated to us that we would be required to swim to the boat, and that we should leave our belongings behind. I’ve gone parasailing in other places, and the boat picked us up at the shore. This was a very dangerous situation that could have been avoided, and with the price that we paid we should have been picked up at the shore.

I really wanted to book a waterfall tour to see Gozalandia Falls but couldn’t find anything at my hotel. I was so happy to come across the watersports4u kiosk on the beach who connected us with our driver Alfredo who gave us the best tour of the island. We got to drive all around the island seeing Ceuta Ventana, Chorros del Rio Hondo Falls, Gozalandia Falls & the Rincón lighthouse. Alfredo was friendly, helpful, and took great care of us. Highly recommend.

It was super nice experience. The view was super nice, we saw all Carolina and San Juan, and airplanes arriving. The two guys who received us, explained us everything and they even took us pictures for us to keep. It’s a 10 minutes view from the top. In general, I recommend this event with Watersports 4U. It is worthy. You will enjoy it.

My fiancée was so excited to do this. El Capitan and the crew were awesome and made the experience even more fun. We went with some friends and when we saw them go up I got nervous seeing how high they were. But once I got on there and went up myself, the view was breathtaking, and an unimaginable calmness soaring that high. This is a must do for everyone

Insane view and unbelievably calm ride once you are up in the air. They were delayed about an hour and a half all said and done, so plan around that as a possibility. You also spend quite a bit of time out in the ocean, between transferring to the parasail boat and sailing the route so something to keep in mind for those that get seasick. This was one of those once in a lifetime experiences and I would highly recommend.

My dream is to parasail but I’m 400 Ib and I’m wondering if I can parasail or not ? Because some of them said combined weight limit is 450 Ib so I’m not sure if is it fine for just one person who weighs 400 Ib ?

approximately how many pictures did they take for you if you don't mind me asking? and were they good pictures? Trying to decide if its worth paying the additional fee for pictures. Thanks in advance

Hi Shayprice,
Seeing that this question was asked 4 months ago, I'm not sure if the answer will be helpful to you or not. Either way, when we went in April, we paid for the additional photos and they took 41 pictures. I hope this is helpful to you and anyone else who needs this question answered.

Do you have to know how to swim to do the parasailing? I want to try this when we visit Puerto Rico, but do not know how to swim. I would assume that I would be okay considering I would have a life jacket on.

Hi again Shayprice,
No, you don't have to know how to swim. Neither my sister or myself can swim and we were alright. The only time you actually touch the water is when you wade your way to the smaller boat to the main boat (you're only waist deep) and back. Also, you take off from the platform and land right back on the platform unless you ask the captain to dip your feet in the water. I hope this was helpful.

4U,
Do you pick up and drop off at the Cruise Terminal.
We would like an answer before we book with you.
