Club Babylon is a great club...definitely one of the best. It is located in Isla Verde, in the Wyndham El San Juan hotel. I have been there many times and am returning Sept 2. The best night to go is Thursday night...this is college night but the crowd is mix. Be sure to get there early unless you don't mind waiting an hour on line. Drinks are moderately priced...but good...nothing but beautiful people there.
I hate to say it but Thursday night is the best night...the other nights are low key, unless special events are going on.
And don't be surprised to see a famous face or two.

Pros- Although Club Brava is small they are not lacking in entertainment. It was fully remodeled recently. It has two floors and the upstairs lounge has a huge bar and plays different music than the first floor. This is the only club of it's kind in PR and a night in BRAVA is always fun, it just depends on who you go with. Dj plays all kinds of music. Drinks are about $8 which is ok, since you are in a hotel, after all. Reserving a table will cost you around $700+ (bottles go for about $250-$300) which is not too shabby if you and a couple of friends have some money to spend and want to live it up. I believe there still is a VIP room in the back, which is nice and spacious, it fits about 20-25 people. Also, for tourists' sake, I feel the need to say that even though many locals frequent this club, it isn't a "ghetto" place. Its in a nice hotel so its safe. They have a very strict dress code, especially for guys and they aren't shy about turning people away. So dress nicely (no flip flops)!
Cons- Like many locals, I've been to this place more times than I can count and I've reserved tables upstairs, downstairs which now looking back I totally regret, because it was a complete waste of money. The tables are small, there isn't really enough space to dance so you'll eventually end up in the dance floor with everybody else. Also, it never seizes to amaze me just how uptight the managers and the staff can be, especially those working the entrance. I get that they need to keep a certain image, but BRAVA isn't LIV or anything of the sort, so they shouldn't take themselves so seriously. You also have to pay entrance, which for locals is about $8-10 dollars but for tourists is a $20 cover.

Don’t waste your time getting VIP unless you have large group. We spent 400 plus dollars for VIP bottle service and there were random people that basically took over the area we were in. We had to tell the server to put the rope/divider back up- what a waste of money. Also the dress code we read and I confirmed before selecting VIP said no hats, sneakers etc….There were all kinds of caps and people with sneakers all in the place. This pissed us off as well. The VIP was a joke. If you do go the DJ was good , drinks are expensive so maybe just buy 1 drink and wear whatever the hell u want.

Ok so I have been to Brava several times in the past over the years.
Located in the El San Juan Hotel, it was the only real club in San Juan.
I just went back this past Friday night, and was so disappointed.
It was 3 ladies all dressed up and I got in immediately because I was staying at the hotel.
We got in at around midnight and it was almost empty.
We went straight to the bar, ordered 3 Grey Goose and sodas and was given 3 small plastic cups and was told they were $30 a piece and we owed $90.
My friend questioned the bartender and he said yes, they are $30 a piece.
Can I just say, I am a world traveler and like nice places, but I have NEVER paid $30 a drink need in Vegas or Miami or LA.
We questioned him again and he still rang our charge card through and then THREW AWAY OUR DRINKS!!
The bartender actually said to us "you have money so you can afford $30 a drink since you are staying at this hotel."
Just because I have money, doesn't mean I didn't work hard for it and should be taken advantage of!!!
We asked him his name & he refused then wouldn't give us the managers name.
So we finally got a "manager" to come speak with us and he sided with the bartender and wouldn't even hear our side of the story.
Honestly I think this was a worker and not a manager.
Horrible customer service.
No use fighting so I just tuned around and left.
I will never go back there and will tell everyone I know to not go there anymore.
Very disappointed since I was looking forward to going to dance and have fun.

I was included with a group that was mainly military (AF) that was visiting PR on a brief deployment trip. Being that we were staying in the hotel next door we had heard of Club Bravo and thought that it might be fun for an evening out and dancing. Unfortunately upon entering we had a couple of men in our group saying their shoes didn't meet dress code standards. Figuring it wasn't a big deal, they changed shoes and we re-approached. Now this time a couple from our hotel we had met was with us, they were older, dressed well but VERY obviously over 21. Unfortunately, the woman didn't have her ID, and they still complained of our dress code (shoes) so they denied us "access". Mostly I found it disheartening the obvious discrimination they put forth toward us. For whatever reason they did not want us in their club, and I suppose it is their prerogative to deny anyone they see unfit access, but I obviously will not recommend them and I feel that from a business perspective it was an unreasonable decision. The woman at the door vocalized that she did not care how much money we had to spend we were not going to get in. I advise that you take your money elsewhere, as their are plenty of other fine establishments to enjoy in San Juan that do not discriminate and will be more than ecstatic to accept your patronage.

My husband walked and right away turned away. He had linen capris on and tennis shoes..we realized the tennis was undesirable attire but figured so many others were allowed in with tennis we would be ok. Wrong. The owner Esteban said he make his own discretion and we couldn't get in..several white guys went in with tennis shoes and jeans..The owners dont like blacks or gays because they were the only type of people rejected.

This club was LIT! I lost my earrings, I think I fell into a split but I did get free VIP at some bachelor party. The drinks are expensive, I avoided looking at my credit card statement for a good 2 days, I try to ball on a budget but sometimes you must ask yourself " what's a budget"? They played good songs and overall a good time . This club was located inside another Hilton which was GORGEOUS! It was over the top and I'm an over the top kind of girl so as soon as I walked in , it hit me like " girl, this is where you need to be but I'm a regular smegular girl on a budget.

I enjoyed hanging out at Club Brava for my bachelorette party. The music was really good (a mix of hip hop, reggaeton and I think salsa on a Saturday night) people were dressed nicely, and I had an awesome time dancing and drinking.
The cover was a bit high, $20, but it helped keep riff raff out. Bottle service was ridiculous as they asking for $1,000 for the table alone, not including ANY alcohol. The bottles were extremely overpriced as well. The only two tables were FULL of dudes....like 30 dudes at one tiny table with one bottle who were more interested in outdoing or impressing the dudes at the neighboring table who also had a ton of dudes at the table but two bottles. In order to avoid this sausage party, if recommend that they let women in for free (especially good looking women) or for a discounted cover. Most nice clubs in the US do that to avoid that situation.

Thank you for your review ! We are glad you enjoyed your bachelorette party with us ! I noticed your comment about the $1,000 for the table alone. However, the club asks for a minimum of $1,000 in bottles of alcohol consumption for the table. We are deeply sorry for the misunderstanding.
Hope to see you soon again!

On a Friday night after 11 pm and the place was empty! They charged us $20 bucks each and when we went inside...crickets! We hung out for a little while but the music never got any better. Not recommending this place to anyone, EVER!

Is there a problem with allowing certain people into the club? My step-daughter is in PR now and she and some other people were not being allowed into the club.

Good afternoon! Club Brava can be rented out for private events on days when the club isn't regularly operating. In the case of events with minors, alcohol consumption is limited to adults or no alcohol is provided during the event.

Hello, which days are the most crowded on the weekends
elkiasmith

All days were crowded but the park is huge so it's not over whelming as people will decide to go various ways to explore, we drove to a location that was the last destination to park and hiked (30-45 mins walk) to the "big falls". You can decide which path you want to explore. The Tower area is always crowded with people trying to go to the top.
