About
The 90 minute journey departs from our base at Cangrejos Yacht Club, Piñones. Be your own captain on a memorable journey into the best waters of the Caribbean along the beaches of Isla Verde or a nature filled trip into the mangrove canals in the San Jose Lagoon water system with one of our professionally experienced tour guides. This will be the best jet ski adventure you'll experience on the north side of Puerto Rico.Please arrive 30 minutes early to check in and receive instructions on jet ski operations. The route could be altered depending on water conditions. All renters/operators must be 18 or older and will be required to bring a valid driver’s license. All renters and passengers will be provided with US Coast Guard approved life jackets. Wear clothing appropriate for being out on the water and getting wet! Don’t forget to wear sunscreen!

The tour was excellent, the group was large (about 12 jet skis), however the guides quickly split the group in fast a slow riders so everyone felt comfortable. Fast riding was lots of fun. The tour took us through channels and rivers to a couple of lakes that most people only see from afar. I wished we had gone out to the beach, but there was not enough time.

My boyfriend and I went together for his birthday! It was a lot of fun! However, be advised that they are strict on the weight limits for one jet ski - 350lbs up to two people on one jet ski. You will need to rent more than one if you both cannot fit on the one. It was definitely worth every penny. Take as many photos as you can! They will also take photos for free and send them to you.

Last week was my first time on jet skis in around 20 years. Ocean Pro was very accommodating and rescheduled my reservation after getting stuck in traffic. My outing was fun, safe and adventurous. Everyone was so friendly and helpful...front desk, dock people, water coaches and the other tourists I went out with.

These people are scammers. Don't waste your time or money. They try to make you pay extra money on damages that were already done to the jet ski. Then they hold your id and debit card hostage knowing that you need it for your flight home. I would give no stars if I could. They also do not give valid instructions on how to ride the jet ski and are very rude when you ask questions.

Went jet skiing for the first time with my adult children . Am over 50 but love trying new things. While the rest of my family took right off I struggled a little. I am thrilled to say that one of our guides stayed right with me encouraging me the whole time until I became more comfortable. The trip was extremely enjoyable and we had a great time! Would highly recommend this company.

The guys made sure how to use the jetski and they did awesome taking pictures and videos of us on the jetski! Love how they let us swim in the ocean for a few minutes. This is my 2nd time and it was better this time around!

We were very excited to go in this trip. This was our first time jet skiing and excited to do it in Puerto Rico where my gf’s family was born and raised. When we stopped in the middle to take pictures they offered to take one of us since we didn’t want to take out phones out of an abundance of caution to not lose them. After pulled out of the parking lot we realized we never asked for the pictures. We called right away and they said they would make sure to get us our pictures since that was our only momento of the jet ski experience. Two days to by and we call back. They said they were deleted after one day (we called right after our trip was finished) and they couldn’t do anything to help us. Very disappointed that they delete them after one day. Have they not heard of cloud storage? You can store millions of photos there for as long as you want. Go somewhere else where they will treat your experience with the care it deserves.

We chose this tour to view the 5 islands part of the tour and they didn't let us know about not being able to do the full tour until we were all on the jet skis. They also take pictures and never sent it to us. For the price, we should've done a different tour.

Hello! I am sorry to hear about this situation. Did you ask the tour guides for the pictures at the end of the tour? Our tour starts at the Lagoon and ends in the Ocean Coast of Isla Verde, we do not have the 5 islands over here, just a beautiful 90-minute Jet Ski Tour. Please let us know when will you come back so we can make an arrangement because of this inconvenience. Thank you and hope to see you soon!

The jet ski tour was immense fun. The crew was very explicit about what the instructions for our safety were and worked very hard to ensure that we had a great time and made it back in one piece. Looking forward to coming back.

It ended up raining for most part of the so-called tour. I wouldn't call it a tour because I was not given any guidance except when launching off the dock. I was only given instructions on how to power on and give the waverunner gas. Oh and by the way the waverunners had no breaks. It was my first time and was thrown right into a large open lagoon while it was heavily raining. The tour guides were hard to see and follow not just because of the rain but because they were too far either at the beginning or at the end of the group. The tour guides were also arrogant and showed their bias towards beginners and tourists by making jokes at the end of the tour on how beginners don't know how to dock the waverunners.

If one of the visitors doesn’t have a drivers license, can they ride the jet ski with someone who does? And, the price is per person even even if both visitors ride in one jet ski?

All Drivers must have a license. There is a fee for additional rider . This is the best jet ski tour on the island. I've done several before Ocean Pro. I'll never use anyone else again but them..
