We always use the buses as feel they are safer than some cabs. But if you don't want to go to Toluca (where Cosmovitral is located) by bus, your only option would be a cab and it will be pretty expensive. Take a bus from Mexico City to Toluca, then a cab to Cosmovitral. I promise you won't be disappointed as there's nothing else on earth like it.
