We have potters, jewelers, fabric artists, painters, sketchers, fiber artists, basket work, leather work, wood workers, photographers and more. An amazing little stop along highway 17, to stretch your legs and pick up a gift or two. Come by and visit, we are in the little plaza beside the Deep River Outfitters in Deep River, Ontario.

The Valley Artisans is worth a stop if you are visiting Deep River or travelling on highway 17. It has lots of beautiful art work -ceramics, handmade wooden bowls, quilting, jewelry, paintings etc. It is a coop so the artisans take turns running the shops. It is fun to talk to the artisans themselves. My husband bought himself some lovely... More

We are so glad that you enjoyed stopping in to see what's new and to talk to the Artist on Duty. As the weather cools down and he reaches for that new coffee mug, he will remember the great summer weather we had, topped off by a visit at the Valley Artisans' Co-op! Cheers! More

This is a must visit stop on Hwy 17 in Deep River. Beautiful art work - ceramics, quilting, paintings, photography, jewelry, silk paintings, and so much more. Featuring curated artisans from Deep River, Laurentian Hills and beyond. My favorite spot to find that special wedding gift, souvenir, or gift for myself!

This is a good place to find one-of-a-kind times for special gifts in wood, ceramics, metalwork as well as jewelry, textiles, photography, prints and paintings. The store is staffed by artists and they are always interested in discussing the work on... More

The variety of art at this place is absolutely astonishing. There is pottery, jewelry, woodworking, needlepoint, paintings, and on and on. It really is inspiring. I have been "driving by" this place for years and years wanting to stop but hubby was always in a hurry to get where we were heading. On Good Friday, our trailer bearings fell off... More

I have been visiting Deep River for the last 17 years at least twice a year. Invariably we stop in at "The Artisans" and we always find a few pieces of art that we really like. Sometimes we buy, sometimes we regret not buying. There is always something new and intriguing. Frequently we see work of Artisans that have just... More
