It's well worth a visit with many querky exhibits such as a mummified rat hidden found if I remember correctly up a chimney pot! My niece and nephew had a great time wandering around looking at all... More

A great place to visit .Deals with the history of St.Ives in a visitor friendly way.from prehistoric days ,through the Roman period and and the Victorian age, coming right up to today. St.Ives is renowned for its beauty and at times has been invaded by many artists, some of whose works are on show in the Museum. It is a child... More

Closed now until spring, but stuff going on around town. The garden is beautiful, see the wisteria in the spring time it is glorious. They used to have a herb garden, but that sadly hasn't been kept up. Looking forward to it opening again.

The Norris Museum is renowned within St Ives Cambs. It has a wealth of local information going back to prehistoric times. Wonderful break from a busy day in the quite atmosphere for a few hours.

Had been meaning to go in for quite a while. Upon going it I was really interested by the objects they had on show and the intonation that went with them. The staff (or volunteers) never spoke to us apart from when we left but my partner and I were discussing the objects in question at length so they maybe... More

We found this local Museum by accident whilst having a walk around St Ives. It is well worth a visit, particularly if taking children. It has a good cross section of local history and is not so overwhelming as some of the larger Museums. We enjoyed a good hour or so browsing...
