Just returned from an afternoon of try dive with family and friends! 9 of us went 8 that had never dived before and me who hadn't dived in 10 years!!
I must say the company is very professional in all our dealings and made us feel very welcome and we had one staff per diver! My wife was very nervous and her guide gave her all the time she needed and relaxed her and she managed to enjoy her dive. The equipment was 1st class and boat was excellent.

we had gone for scuba diving and snorkeling with them. they are thorough professionals in their work and are very warm in nature too. Ana was our guide and host and she took care of us amazingly well. we were given proper gear to scuba dive and they were lots of people with us, mostly professionals who guided us well. we had our camera but it was not waterproof and to our delight they even took their cameras along just to get some photos clicked underwater for us. overall it was a great day spent with them. i will go again to them for sure. we paid roughly 83euros for both the activities and it took about 4 hours in total. they do give a break in between the two activities.

Very friendly team
Makes a non swimmer comfortable too
Very good instructers specially Enrique made it a fun experience even though I was a first timer who is scared of water.

We wanted to go diving at the Isles Medes and based on reviews we wanted to check out this diving company. However, in the end, we decided NOT to dive with them because:
* there were 2 employees helping when we were in, however the guy who helped us was nog good in English so couldn't explain much, which is a requirement for diving to my opinion
* there was no enthousiasm at all with both of the employees and we also felt that the guy who helped us was somewhat insecure which may never happen at a diving company. You must feel save at all times and if not now, how will it be under water?!
* not/none explanation about the diving spots. We are used to, when we tell how many dives we want to do, that an enthousiastic employee explains how to built up the dives and what would be interesting for us, also based on our experience and wishes. But none of this happened.
We really missed passion for diving at the employees, well spoken English and good explanation so we decided not to dive with them.
Hope they use this comment to improve!

Good staff and equipment. It was first diving experience of some my friends but the staff took good care. All the equipment was given to us on our arrival and the tanks were prepared on the boot. 1 guided dive costed about 68 euros with the equipment which in my opinion was bit pricey.

Had great dives with this center. Very good boat. Material is of good quality. Guides are really helpful (we dove with Julia and Geri) and fun to dive with.

My husband and I went diving with Costa Brava Divers last week while we were on vacation in L’Escala. We came down to L’Estartit because we wanted to dive Il Medes. My husband is a very experienced diver, but it had been out several years since I had been diving, and the last time was a very difficult dive that I had to abort because of ear equalizing issues. For that reason, I was nervous starting this dive and had a very hard time initially. Robert, the dive master, was able to calm me down under the water, and the dive ended up being lovely. They were very patient and careful and understanding with a nervous diver, and the dive itself was just beautiful. I would very much recommend this shop. Also, there were several divers are on our boat who dove with the shop all the time. It is clear that it is favored by the experienced locals as well.

This is a friendly diving center in the port of l'Estartit.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Rental equipment is in good state.

There are plenty of diving centres, some that are cost competitive but feel slightly rushed, others slightly more expensive and more tailored, a majority that just feel like a business…
It is honestly hard to find a diving centre that is good priced, with passionate personnel, and that still seems to be family run. Costa Brava divers in L’Estartit felt like one.
Coming fresh from having finished our Open Water 6 months ago and obviously with mileage to go to feel fully comfortable we went x8 dives in Medas with the centre. The instructors Pablo and Emilio were very professional and caring to make us feel comfortable. Not only that, on the personal front they were also great people.
Raquel and Sergi also willing to lend a hand for anything on the boat, even helping with the suiting up.
Great team+Great diving spot = Must go

Very good and professional dive center in Estartit. Friendly staff, good equipment, and reasonable sized dive boat (approx 20 divers max - in Estartit some dive boats go up to 50 divers!!!).
