About
Spanning 64 acres and attracting nearly three million travelers every year, Gardaland Park is one of Europe’s most popular and visited theme parks. It's a family-friendly spot, with rides, attractions, and shows popular with both kids and adults. Thrill seekers can ride the Blue Tornado rollercoaster, and younger kids will enjoy the various themed rides and meeting Peppa Pig at Peppa Pig Land. Riding the Flying Island will also give you great views over Lake Garda.
Once you’re done in Gardaland Park, you might want to head to some of the other parks on the complex, like Legoland and Sea-Life.

Two enjoyable family days at Gardaland, first time for our boys of 10 and 7 years to enjoy rollercoasters with inversions. Day 1: happy about decision to get there early, buy an express pass, and get back to Gardaland Hotel swimming pool for 3 hours to be back and take advantage of long summer opening hours. Day 2: bought 4 Legoland tickets and enjoyed the little waterpark for 4-5 hours, here our kids liked best the Creation Island to build their own boats and try them out.
Express pass: as first time visitors, we bought Fab14 passes for EUR 50 for three of us, we used them 8 times each and saved in average 40 min queueing per ride which was well worth it. While this was the right pass for first time, next time we may buy a different pass though, since valid only 1 time for each coaster (there is one offering unlimited rides for 5 coasters you have to select).
Only disappointment was Jumanji, which was not very interactive and quite boring/uninspiring. It’s starts well with one scene where screens makes you think you fly down, but this few seconds aside it was not much really, and you will not miss much skipping.

We visited in August 2022 on a very hot day (38+) and I was not looking forward to the day! But on arrival I was pleasantly surprised there were lots of benches in the shade and using the Fast Pass we were able to access popular rides without long queues in the heat.
At around 11am we looked for a cold drink and it was difficult to find as all the eateries appear to open at 12pm. We had to wait but enjoyed fresh fruit and cold drinks which were not too overpriced!
We visited Aladdin’s for lunch which is cafeteria style with lots of choice and fresh salad. Food was well priced and tasty.
We called it a day around 3pm as it was simply too hot - the rides in Peppa Pig land have little shade and were dangerously hot by this point so I would recommend going there first if you have preschoolers on a hot day.
All staff were very polite and helpful especially at the ticket desks and on the rides. We had a great day!

In case your child is less than 100cm of height you shouldn’t pay any entrance ticket for him.
The tricky thing is when you appear on the cashier.
My son being 4 and a half years old is 105cm. For this 5cm difference we’ve paid full € 60 ticket. The problem appears inside: vast majority of the attractions are admitted for children above 110cm and this 5cm stopped us to offer joy to our son because he is missing the admitted height.
The main question is: why in a first instance we were supposed to pay the full entrance being 5cm
above the free entrance limit when for other attractions he is not admitted because he is 5cm
Shorter!
This is a classical case of a cheap type of robbery and due to this reason I strongly advise all parents to avoid this park and save money for other amusement parks when their children are a bit bigger.

Dear Guest,
good afternoon from Gardaland Resort.
Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent experience at the Park which seems to have been unsatisfactory.
Regarding what you reported, we would like to remind you that ticket's fares are available online, together with the height limitations for the rides, in order to give our guests the possibility to get all the information they need before coming to the Park, and arrive prepared.
We also remind you that, again to provide maximum help and support all our Guests in better managing their visit to Gardaland Park and/or to resolve any doubts, you can always contact our Call Center, available every day from 9.00 to 18.00; the cast members in charge of the Customer Care telephone service are more than happy to provide all the details necessary to organize the visit and plan the day.
With regard to the attractions that children under 105cm in height can use, we inform you that they have the opportunity to access 21 of them, out of a total of 37 available inside the Park.
Best regards,

This is the an absolute disgrace of a theme park. The staff are rude children and have no respect for paying customers. First ride mammuth we queued for an hour got to the front only to be told our son was too small even though they had measured him at the start of the queue, when my wife complained to the teenager at the exit he said is this the way you behave in your country which was cheeky and completely disrespectful to a lady with a very upset little boy.
We then had to buy “express” passes for nearly every ride to get on them as the queues were astronomical and we wanted to maximise our time there. All the food was disgusting and over priced and again the queues for this were terrible.
The express pass we bought had 14 rides on it but we only got to do maybe 10 as they closed several because of technical issues which really meant the queues had got out of control.
Then to top it off the bus ran by the park was 50 mins late to for its time slot and ended up being so full and hot with no aircon that people were shouting stop the bus so they could get out and walk as the heat and lack of space was unbearable. My advice is keep your money as all they want here is to take as much money off as many people as possible and do not care for their customers. Visit was 25/06/22

Dear Guest,
good afternoon from Gardaland Resort.
We thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent experience at the Park which, we read with regret, was not satisfactory.
As for the long waits, we want to remember that the summer season, after the end of school, historically represents our peak season, thanks to the hot summer days and the concomitance with most of the holiday periods, many are the visitors who they choose us as a destination for a day of fun and leisure, thus impacting on waiting times compared to other times of the year.
We also remind you that, always to provide maximum help and support all our Guests in the best management of the visit to Gardaland Park and / or to resolve any doubts, it is always possible to contact our Call Center, available every day from 9.00 to 21.00 (opening hours in high season); the cast members in charge of the telephone Customer Care service are more than happy to provide all the necessary details to organize the visit and plan the day.
With regard to what you have reported, we are sorry if our collaborators may have seemed unprepared and not in line with the high standards we are used to. We assure you, in fact, that attention to the needs of the Guest is of primary importance for us, as well as the kindness and helpfulness of the staff are fundamental aspects for Gardaland, for which it undertakes to train its collaborators in order to contribute to the experience of its visitors.
Finally, as regards the delay of our free shuttle bus, we are sure you will understand that the Park is located on the busiest road of Lake Garda: the Gardesana; naturally, not only our kind guests pass through this road, but also all those who have enjoyed a day at the lake and wish to return home, thus impacting the traffic outside our parking lot.
We renew our regret for the feelings of disappointment experienced and we hope that in the future there will be a new opportunity to welcome you to the magical world of Prezzemolo!
Best regards,

Overpriced for what you get. Family with 2 young kids: parking fee 6€. 49€x2 for adult, 44€x2 for kids age 7&9. No family reductions.
Makes 192€. Add 15-20 € for overpriced lowest quality fast food per person and you are at 272€.
We managed 10 rides in 8hours. Waiting times mid July in 33 degrees Celsius can be over 30 minutes. Walking times 5-10minutes between rides. Durations of rides mostly very short. Sometimes not even 30 seconds.
You can spend addtional 5€ per ride to fast track (or get unlimited fast track packages for 50€ or even 90€).
Raising the cost per ride even more. After 3rd or 4th time doing one of the 4 or 5 interesting rides most ppl will get bored.... (Which family is willing to spend between 450€ and 600€ a day for 4ppl to fast track the only 4 or 5 interesting and too short rides). Insane.
At any Volksfest in Germany (e.g. Oktoberfest) you get MUCH better and higher quality food, less waiting time, attractions last longer, are cheaper and you do not have to waste full day waiting = lower opportunity costs.

Welcome to queueland, where you can buy your less-queue-time ticket to only wait 20 minutes instead of 90 minutes.
I hate this way of getting more money from people. You pay 160 euro for 2 adults and 1 child for entrance, and then you are supposed to pay another 90 on top for less queutimes.
Also, attactions which have a queue time of 45 minutes in real time are 70 minutes.
There are a lot of rides and they are good fun, but the amount of people going to Queueland are just so insanely much, which makes everything so anoying. Even when you want to buy a simple drink you have to wait atleast 30 minutes.
Would definitely not recommend this unless you are ok with waiting extreem lange ng times and being ripped off.

Dear Guest, good morning from Gardaland Resort.
We thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent experience at the Park which, we read with regret, was not fully satisfactory.
We regret that you have encountered an influx of visitors such as to lead to long waiting times at the individual attractions. You will certainly understand that many people, like you, have decided to choose Gardaland as a destination for the weekend, during the exclusive Magic Halloween event, which is why you could find a higher turnout than normal.
We also remind you that, always to provide maximum help and support all our Guests in the best management of the visit to Gardaland Park and / or to resolve any doubts, it is always possible to contact our Call Center, available every day from 9.00 to 18.00; the cast members in charge of the telephone Customer Care service are more than happy to provide all the necessary details to organize the visit and plan the day.
With regard to the Gardaland Express offer, we remind you that this is a free-to-accept commercial proposal, neither imposed nor coercive.
We renew our regret for the feelings of disappointment experienced and we hope that in the future there will be a new opportunity to welcome you to the Magical World of Prezzemolo! Best regards,

Being there with 2years and 4years daughters. We got discounted tickets from the hotel. below 1 meter it's free. There are games for small childs, and also 4years got fun. Then adult and adreline games were very funny. We went in the summer and it was very hot (food and drinks are quite expensive inside). a nice trick is to download the app of the park, since once inside you can understand how many minutes of queue for each attraction. Good point was we spent all day there

After going through the reviews we were expecting a bad day at Gardaland Park as we still wanted to vist. However we had a super lovely day!
Yes there are queus but nothing longer than 45minutes, with most of them 25-30minutes but the rides are fun and so worth the wait :)
There is so many to do that we spent around 8hours at the park so the price is worth it as well. We purchased the tickets online including the parking and so we did not wait at all upon entrance.
Would recommend to visit on weekdays and take only a small bag with you not heavy backpacks :)

A holiday-ruining experience. We booked online, hence assumed (as you do) that we would be able to get something back (at almost 40 euros each). Surely, if the place is full, they'll say that that date is sold off? But no. Their business model is to let as many people as possible in - with no regard for capacity and number of staff employed - then take the money and run. The children managed 4 very average rides (Mammut, Pirates, Cinema and a water ride) in a whole day becuase of the waiting times, plus the queueing for overpriced food. You end up being exusted and feeling you have been robbed. Unless you want to fork out another 20 Euros each to jump the queues. A total disgrace.

Dear Guest,
good afternoon from Gardaland Resort.
We thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent experience at the Park which, we read with regret, was not satisfactory. We assure you that every report is always taken into consideration, as our main and only goal is to make our Visitors spend days full of fun and carefree.
As for the long waits, you will surely understand that many people, like you, have decided to choose Gardaland as a destination for their weekend, which is why you could find a much higher turnout than normal.
We also want to underline that this year we don't have a limited capacity of the Park (and that's why the reservation is not necessary anymore, since April 1st), and therefore the date cannot be sold out.
We also remind you that, always to provide maximum help and support all our Guests in the best management of the visit to Gardaland Park and / or to resolve any doubts, our information office is always available, located in the West village or, before the visit, it is possible to contact our Call Center, available every day from 9.00 to 18.00; the cast members in charge of the telephone Customer Care service are more than happy to provide all the necessary details to organize the visit and plan the day.
We are very sorry, of course, for the disappointment you encountered during your visit to Gardaland, but we hope that there will soon be a new opportunity to welcome you and your family to the Park.
Wishing you a good day, we send our best regards,

Visited the park on Saturday 12th September 2022. Really disappointed. We’ve paid €346 for a family of six and we’ve managed to get six rides in a day. Our impression is that the company values only its profit at the cost of not giving you value for money unless you are rich and give them more money. What about health and safety measures? They don’t even bother. The park was overcrowded, with no shade for the long queues, a lack of signs, and safety measures. Not safe for families with small children. Food is expensive. Choose other parks instead of here. There are better parks even in the vicinity.

Per quanto riguarda Gardaland un giorno ci vuole tutto.
Specialmente se è un giorno festivo perchè le code sono molto lunghe.
Ottima la app per sapere in ogni momento quanta coda c'è ad ogni attrazione del parco.
