We take the opportunity to specify that has never exist a preferential lane for access to our Sea Life Aquarium, for any type of ticket purchased, online or at the ticket offices, never hypothesized or implied on our site at the time of purchase, due to the impossibility on our part, at an organizational level, to take such a course of action; in fact, once the Guest accesses the structure, it is not possible for us to quantify or predict the visit times, which are absolutely subjective and personal. In fact, everyone has the full possibility and freedom to stop and admire one tank rather than another, or wait for our presentation of the sea lions, thus prolonging their stay inside the aquarium. Furthermore, admissions to Gardaland Sea Life are always limited, therefore it is not possible for us to exceed the established safety limits. The advantage therefore of preferring to purchase tickets online, rather than directly at the ticket offices, is purely economic; in fact, online tickets can be purchased at lower rates than those available directly at the ticket office. We also remind you that tickets purchased online are open date, therefore valid on a day of your choice no later than 08/01/2023; in order to better organize your visit to Gardaland Sea Life in this long period of time and to receive useful advice in choosing a day with possible turnout forecasts that allow access with limited waiting times, it is always possible to contact in advance our customer care service by phone, every day. We are sorry that you did not ask for support from our staff present who would have indicated how to access the structure for the mother to be able to feed the baby and to be able to assist her also for a possible exit from the park, we remind you that it is always possible to leave the structure at any time.
