    There is
We took advantage of the basic package of 58 euros per person on Easter day. We enjoyed the whole day without ever having to suffer too much from the crowds. The staff who accompanies you around the facility are very friendly. Very characteristic with the tubs located throughout the structure. Too bad about the strong smell of humidity present in the indoor tubs in the smaller rooms

    Veramente senza parole!
Really breathtaking and well-kept spas, although unfortunately my girlfriend presented an allergic reaction due to thermal water; but despite this we decided to make a change of package to be able to use the voucher at another spa always under the same company as the pisa spas. So I decide to send them an email explaining the whole situation and they immediately mobilized to please me without deflecting the speech or using other excuses, moral of the story they made me a voucher to spend safely at the right cave. What about fantastic, my compliments, this is how customers should be treated! Gigachad

    Alternative day at the spa!
We were in Pisa and we were looking at what to do around and we realized the presence of this spa. It was a nice surprise and I would say that we were amazed by the beauty and peculiarity of the place. We opted for an Ab Imo Salus package that included the full-day Day SPA and a 50-minute massage. The operators very nice and helpful. We will be back for sure. See you next time!

    Super cuddle
Recommended by a dear friend of mine I tried the microdermolift facial treatment. A 360-degree treatment, the operator was super professional, explained everything and super pampered. I will definitely try other treatments! The jewel in the crown: cleanliness, professionalism! Bravo

    A nice gift
I visited the thermal baths of San giuliano, a very beautiful historical structure: I was given a package to access the spa. Very nice and relaxing pools, the view is lovely The staff all friendly and qualified The day was in complete relaxation To be repeated!

    Beautiful day of relaxation
We spent a beautiful day at the Spa. Historic structure, well maintained and maintained swimming pools, very kind and courteous staff. A relaxing day in a fantastic place above expectations. We will definitely return during the next scheduled tour in Tuscany.

    Take care of yourself.
I have known Bagni di Pisa for a few years; I hardly leave reviews on the places I frequent, I do not say usually, but where I have been on more than one occasion. This time, however, I want to share my experience a little more on a large scale as I have been able to live this place more assiduously and constantly thanks to a cycle of thermal treatments of mud and baths. I needed more than a cuddle with massage and a dip in the wonderful thermal waters, I really needed to take care of myself because of a sprained hand and arthrotic pains that are starting to make themselves felt. Mud and baths have an agreement with the NHS, so last month I dedicated myself 12 days of treatment by simply paying a ticket. I must say that on that occasion I had the opportunity to confront a larger number of people who work in this spa and, without a doubt, the welcome, availability and professionalism of all those who followed me is admirable. The structure is very beautiful although I understand that not everyone is inclined to be enraptured by the charm of antiquity. For me entering a structure of the XXVIII century is a bit like breathing its history and as long as the environment is clean and decorous as I think it is, I am predisposed to neglect some details such as small changing rooms to name one. I will return in the company of close friends and family

    Relaxation in couple
We spent a super relaxing day at the spa of san giuliano, the staff is friendly and attentive and the place is incredible, it seems to be in a movie, it is very large, with many pools, the most scenic is the outdoor one, overlooking the surrounding mountains; there is a beautiful gym with the latest machinery, well cleaned and tidy, the sauna is large and very nice. I was amazed by the variety of treatments, very interesting and unique, from the aesthetic ones, to massages and more particular treatments including one that includes music therapy played live on the violin! We will be back to try them! And I'm also curious to try the private cave, another uniqueness!

I used the mud and therapeutic bath service for 2 weeks.
For 2 weeks, 3 pools of the therapeutic baths out of 5 pools could not be fixed, so we were forced to go to the already crowded pools of the spa.
During the 2 weeks there was an alternation of personnel placing the mud. I can say with great enthusiasm that among the various people who put the mud on me, there was one who impressed me greatly with his availability, sweetness, courtesy and humility, but above all with regards to his professionalism in knowing how to put the muds as she is particularly good. I wanted to ask her name, her name is Stefania. If you happen to use this service, I hope she can put it there for you. You will certainly notice the difference.
In the changing rooms there are 2 hairdryers that don't work.
In addition to the changing room being small, it does not have enough lockers for the people who access it.

Very well maintained and elegant structure. very welcoming staff who show the various parts of it, which are really many and wind in a kind of labyrinth for those who go for the first time.
Three swimming pools with thermal water, salt water and fresh water with a very powerful hydromassage plus an outdoor swimming pool on the top floor with a large relaxation area with sun loungers surrounded by windows which we did not access because we were already cold.
Included in the daily entrance are backpack and/or Turkish bath, scrub with flavored salts and mud.
Very large and extremely elegant bar where you can have your pre-booked light lunch, with a neoclassical flavour. Enough choice and good food.
the only flaw, which in my opinion is not of little importance, is the temperatures of the relaxation spaces, which are many, vast but very cold. This gives the impression of not being heated at all. It is therefore not pleasant to spend time there in a bathrobe, because the temperatures are prohibitive. in fact, we found them all empty. Even by the pool the temperature is excessively low. Sin. otherwise perfect

The place is OK, but perhaps a dash too pretentious, possibly due to being associated with an allegedly 5-star hotel.
There are basically three thermal pools for common use plus a couple more that are considered a "treatment" and have to be booked separately. The thing we liked best was the Salidarium (a half-hour-long snooze in a bed of coarse warm aromatic salt). The other treatments were somehow unimpressive, especially the Talaquam pool, which is supposed to contain highly saline water, but in fact doesn't even hold a body on the surface (at least my body). The "grotto", which is apparently booked up for quite some time ahead is also a rather ordinary bath with thermal water coming out of a pipe, so the only real difference is that it is private and the lights are dimmed.
In general, the water is more hard than salty in most pools, which may not agree with certain types of skin, and most of the rooms and equipment look rather used. Also, no lockers for valuables other than the ones in the changing room, for which the establishment takes no responsibility.
On the bright side, most of the staff members are pleasant and helpful, there is water, tea and fruit served in the relaxation rooms and there's one little sauna (up to 6 persons or so) and a rather larger steam bath (hamam).

We booked "a night at the spa" for around €120 for two, the booking started at 8am we went to the place at 7.45am but no one opened the door for us we stayed out in the cold together with all the other people until 8am when they finally opened the doors. Very small changing rooms, there wasn't even room to change. The first-come, first-serve buffet, the people who arrived slightly later ate cold and standing up because there were not enough seats for all the guests. You couldn't stay in the cold water outdoor tub, the equally cold indoor ones, the only one with hydromassage was the salt water one but without even a place where you could sit and I was forced to stand in this as in the outdoor tub and the fresh water one. The Turkish bath had an unpleasant smell of humidity, it was impossible to stay in it. The sauna was very small with rude people who disturbed with their loud chatter. The dessert buffet was a mirage for many people. It is set up at 9.30 and at 9.45 there were only a few pieces of fruit left. There were many drafts of cold air in general in the structure and one got cold when moving from one area to another. We left at 10am as there was no way to relax due to the cold in almost all the pools. We won't be returning

Unhygienic and completely overpriced. I received a great SPA gift: 160 Euro Mediterraneo. I was very happy about that.

The only relaxing thing was the 25-minute massage with Svetlana. The rest was a disaster. The grotto was dirty, the motor hummed loudly from the broken drain, the shower was broken (only cold water) to wash off the mud. After I had to wait in the shower cubicle for 10 minutes, the water finally became lukewarm. Instead of healthy teas, there are sugary juices and water in plastic cups. Cigarette butts on the edge of the outdoor pool. Lunch in the restaurant was completely overpriced and too salty. A real shame!! Never again.

The staff were friendly.

A friend and I tried the "Night at the Spa" event. The experience was disappointing compared to the amount spent. In a nutshell: small and uncomfortable changing rooms, the locking mechanism of the lockers was defective, the staff absent. Customers wandered the corridors looking for the premises. Ridiculous and inadequate buffet (yet it 'on reservation). We could not even take a shower at the end of the evening because the showers were only 2 and open, the hairdryers not working.

We stayed at the Bagni di Pisa Palace and it was the highlight of our three week trip to Italy. The staff and food were excellent- the room large and serene- quiet and the beds were super comfortable. I will say that the facial I received was the best ever. The spa rates for all services are reasonable and the prices in general were fair and worth every penny. The waters are part of the spa experience here and just recently close by is a new archeological (Etruscan and Roman) find. Clearly they must have enjoyed the waters of Tuscany and you should too.

It was supposed to be a special birthday present... in my memory the Night at the Spa was something fantastic, elegant and of high quality.... none of that... Maybe the.post. covid has changed the quality... The low quality aperitif dinner was poorly maintained and no longer served in the fantastic bar area on the first floor, the aama set up in the reception did not have enough places to sit... or to place a glass on (we were found in bad way for having placed an empty saucer in a corner of the buffet)... the food was the same that you buy at discount stores, cold cuts, pre-cooked focaccias... cold finger food... and in the flame-heated trays an inedible pasta . The fruit and desserts (tart and chocolate cake) were really bad long-life products. The only positive note is the prosecco. The lady at the reception was really grumpy and rude. The spas are always fascinating and beautiful, but they lack maintenance, cleanliness and control. I am very sorry for having praised so much something that no longer exists. Ah, I forgot on the site the 58 euros for 4 hours... of which between check-in and undressing becomes just over three... The slippers were included.... But no... always the "nice companion" at our request annoyed, she told us that they are no longer provided and that for the 6 of our group she could only provide 2..... and the others???
I'm sorry but I absolutely DO NOT recommend.

One of those evenings where you can take your mind off yourself, feel pampered in a wonderful environment. We spent the night at the spa with an aperitif on a thrilling evening! (Haloween). Everything to the max! From the swimming pools to the relaxation areas, the sauna, the Turkish bath! Aperitif 10 and praise! The welcome, the environment, very kind staff! What to say ! Try it to believe it!

Having been there several times over the course of a few years, I must say that each time it gets worse and worse. In addition to having increased the price, unfortunately it is very poorly maintained. There is a strong smell of pee and sewage in the main pools, the environment is not warm enough, the hydromassage nozzles do not all work, the water in some pools is colder than normal. The indoor pools are really very dirty. I'm sorry because it would also be a nice place, in fact in the first years it was also pleasant to go there, now unfortunately I strongly advise against it to anyone, especially for those looking for cleanliness. Really very very unkept and dirty.
