Great food spots that are both reasonable and great Italian food too. Also a Coop here for shopping if staying local to area. Great pizza spots and views.

Marta, our host, was in contact beforehand on WhatsApp as she really wants her guests to have a good stay. She welcomed us warmly when we arrived from Pisa Airport, and left us a selection of food to help us settle in. The apartment was spotless, with a king size bed and plenty of storage. There is a little seating area and a well-equipped kitchenette with kitchen table and chairs. Montespertoli is a delightful little Tuscan town with many little restaurants and a big Coop supermarket. Perfect place to stay for a couple, especially in Marta's apartment.

Great little Italian village --- we strolled this beautiful village - had lunch --- shopped at the coop grocer to get our supplies. This area is a great location to reserve a villa and then do day trips to surrounding cities.

We have stayed here for a fortnight July/August for the past 15 years. The piazza and surrounding area is a delight. The village is unspoilt and charming. The locals are friendly . The local hostelries are very welcoming, namely Lo Chalet managed by the wonderful Matteo, whether you want espresso and pastries in the morning or cocktails and Spritz in the afternoon or a nightcap around 11pm - you will be satisfied. As for the 'Artevino' You will not sample better Tuscan food anywhere in Tuscany and the service is exemplary. For pizzas the trattoria opposite Lo Chalet are the best.

We stayed in Montespertoli for a week. Small village with everything you need within walking distance. Coop grocery store, several cafes, pharmacy, souvenir and wine shops, and wonderful restaurants.
The city park has a fountain. This area is very lively in the late afternoon. Perfect place to enjoy delicious gelato and people watch.

Charming little village. A nice place to stay in if you're coming to Tuscany. We've visited there after staying in an hotel 2km from the village and had the chance to come there for buying groceries. The village center plaza offer a bunch of pizzerias and small restaurants. There is a mid-size Co-op shop for buying local food and supplies.
We've found this village very romantic and were glad to have a look at daily Tuscany life.

Authentic village with nice posters about WWII liberation on several sites of the main road into the piazza; the Coop grocer is there, banks are available, as is the vino sfuzi store!

We stayed at the lovely home of Antonella Curadi, so peaceful and nice, we could have stayed there for another week.
