Just great. We reached it swimming, since it is closed to boats since 1994. With the sea caves close to it, it is probably the best beach of the Golfo di Orosei. Go to those sea caves, it's a unique (and very romantic) experience! Don't forget your sea goggles!

Had read all the reviews and articles about Cala Goloritze and Mariolu so was super excited. Hired a boat with the family and went up along the coast from Arbatax. When we finally reached these beaches our reaction was a bit...meh. Dont get me wrong, its beautiful but its not as amazing as the comparisons made to the maldives and... More

It is just as beautiful als everybody says but I would like to warn you: the 'Polizia locale' controls every night or morning and you will have to Play a 200€ fine (per person). Il ne faut absolument pas dormir à Cala Goloritze car la police locale vous fait payer une amende de 200€ par personne.

Clear and quite deep blue water gave me a wonderful feeling of weightlessness, more so than I experienced on any of the five or so other excellent beaches I visited on Sardinia. My girlfriend and I cycled from Baunei to the café where the path down to the beach starts (confusingly the path goes up rather than down the first... More

Beautiful beach, definitely worth the trip. It's even better than the pictures with breathtaking blue waters. But the walk there down the canyon is tough. We are reasonably fit early 30-somethings and it took us 90 mins down and nearly 2 hrs back up. Here are my tips: - Wear proper shoes, not flip flops or thin sandals. You'll make... More

It takes some time to get to the beach but it is worth it. Going with your own car, follow the road from Baunei going right somewhat following signs for the church (map is in photos). After coming to the parking which is located at the camp on the top of the hill follows an easy hike. People talked about... More

I made it to there in 40 minutes, it was worth it. You can stay there but not for a while because its small and crowdy . If you love hiking the way to get there is easy but the way back not so much. Walking in the sun was hard. 40 minutes down, 1.5 hours back.

Perfect!!!! Mesmerizing beach with excellent water! It is secluded and can't be accessed by boat, so the only way is to hike down the mountain. We did just that and it was the best day of our trip in Sardinia! The way down was not that difficult and took us about 1,5 h and what a reward at the end... More

It was such a pleasure to see this pearl after 3.5 km hike in the mountains! I was stunned by the scenery. It is so worth to do that hiking. The most wonderful beach in Sardinia one of the must to visit!!
