An excellent beach with clear waters. Very clean and picturesque. Unfortunately it has some disadvantages: too crowdy, too difficult to access and too expensive fares to get there.

Considering the length of the hike to the venue then it would make good sense to check the forecast for the water before you go. If there are strong winds you are likely to face some very strong surf that is basically dangerous to swim in, though im sure you will find some people attempting to chance it just so... More

I'm Sardinian, I'm used to beautiful coastline and clear waters, so trust me if i say that this beach is the best we have. I strongly recommend to visit it in the early hours of the morning, as it fills up with hundreds of people later on.

Just a perfect beach! We took a one day boat tour and had the chance to enjoy the beach while it wasn't very crowded. The perfect cyan water, the white rocks and the impressive cave nearby let us enjoy it while sunbathing, while swimming and while snorkeling!

I totally loved it, for me it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. We visited it at the beginning of our journey and almost all other beaches felt like ordinary compared to this one.

I have a travel blog that other than covering destinations all over the world has a special section about Sardinia (I'm from Sardinia and I love my island to pieces!) I also have an article on the top 10 beaches in Sardinia and guess which one made it to N.1?? :) This beach is simply amazing, turquoise sea, possibility of... More

A stunning beach, a must do when visiting Sardinia. We took a daily boat tour, visiting 4-5 beaches. This was by far the best. I personally liked Cala Goloritze better.

It is very very nice, but can't say loved it more that Cala Goloritze. I've been here in June - it was all empty and nice, Snorkeling was good, but not as powerfuil as Cala Goloritze.

We traveled all around the world in every continent but this is truly an amazing place. Avoid July and August where the parade of Boats and wooden natant are simply overcrowding the shores. Would recommend September and October when the water is warmer and there are less people in Cala Gonone. Make sure you don't fill your bags with sand... More
