About
Balaton Ballooning is the only full time balloon company in Hungary with sister companies in Dubai and in Italy. Our pilots are some of the most experienced in the world. Your balloon takes off daily from Keszthely-Heviz from 01.04. until 31.10. The duration of the programme is about 3 hours including the approx.one hour ballon flight, hotel transfers, flight certificate and a glass of local champagne.

It's a great experience, with a well-prepared team and a professional captain who plays more instrument. He not only controls the balloon, but also entertains the passengers with his "stories/talk". The trip seemed short (of course, time flies when you're pleasantly stimulated) and no one said we'd be up for hours. It was very good and memorable afternoon, thank you.

Awesome option to admire Heviz and part of Balaton from the air! Organization is perfect, so everything went smooth and safe. We met at the petrol station and they drow us to the nearby field where they prepared the baloon for flight. Interesting to see how it goes. The pilot was very good and also talkative. We had a safe, spectacular flight with best possible views. The landing was also very smooth and after champagne the personnel took us back to the starting point by small bus. Experience is really unique and worth to try if you are around.

A must-do if you're visiting lake Balaton. The best way to admire the beauty of Keszthely / Hévíz region. We got a professional service from an experienced and friendly team. It was a fantastic adventure, I can only recommend it.

It was a wonderful experience to fly with hot air balloon. Hévíz with it's surrounding is beautiful, special from above. Pilot was professional, caused for the group nice program. Hot air balloon flew in the air as it would have a water we were swimming within. Pilot also answered our questions , let us understand the background of his work. Congratulations for him! 🙂👨✈️

It was a fantastic experience. The team is very professional and kind. It was really important for them to provide a great experience.
Take-off and landing was much smoother than I expected, and it was much smoother than with any other airplane.
It was really great that during the fly the captain showed the different local attractions, mountains, and as the ballon was slowly moving around (in circles), everyone had the opportunity to see all of these. Noone missed anything.
By the time we landed, the transfers are already arrived. So after the ceremony ended we were heading back to our hotel.
Hopefully we can repeat this experience in the future as well!

Amazing view over lake Balaton, fantastic adventure, entertaining pilot with great experience and good skills - that's all I can say about our ballooning trip. We recommend it to everyone! 😎🎈🍾🥂

The organization, the crew, the equipment were more than professional. The experience is breathtaking and definitley to redo next year to. A wonderful liftime souvenir! Balaton Balooning is the best choice!
