Traveling across the English Channel is a delight on Direct Ferries where I traveled from Ouistreham in France for Portsmouth in the UK. On the passenger car ferry, there are many things to help pass the time while on the boat. There are souvenir shops,...More

Good service pre-boarding. Good boat - clean and well kept. Food good and nice bar areas. Cinemas if you want them too. I was a foot passenger - and the price was very reasonable

Check in and boarding at Portsmouth was quick and efficient with ferry leaving on time. On board food and drink prices are reasonable considering you’re a captive audience. Ferry wasn’t busy and so loading/offloading was quicker than I’ve experienced in the past. Onboard standard wifi...More
