What a lovely way to pass one or two hours, in an outside heated spa pool! You need to take everything with you, that you may need for swimming. Changing cubicles are compact, but clean. Never tire of returning here, although it is starting to look a ltitle tired around the edges...

i really enjoyed the pools and the spa. it's a really nice and relaxing place. the staff is really nice, everything is clean. However it's really expensive, maybe too much that's why me and my party stay in the part "magie de l'eau" we didn't get any massages.

We enjoyed the spa having cycled from Meze to see the town and pop into the spa. The staff at the spa were very nice and the outside pools/jacuzzis were spacious and we particularly liked the powerful shower jets. The stream room and sauna could have been a bit hotter but all in all worth the trip. I think next time we are there we would book a massage as we weren't very organised and treatments need to be booked in advance. Ps for the spa you need speedo type trunks and flip flops although you can buy them there.

Visited O'Balia this morning for something different to do in the area on an overcast day in May. With my limited French we were able to get two adult tickets for two hours which covered use of the spa facilities including pools, steam room and sauna. The pools are very relaxing and lovely and warm but the facilities themselves are a bit tired and the cleanliness in and around the pools area wasn't brilliant. Also not very easy to find in and around the towns one way systems. Probably would return but not on a hot day!

Having only visited 2 other spas I can say that this tops the 3! Undoubtedly due to the amazing service of the staff, they work as a team in an amazingly personalised way for the guests. It is not often that employees are so attentive but they clearly have a particular way of treating new guests and make every effort to help and put you at ease, you always know what you are going to do, when it will finish and they will come back to get you promptly for the next step. My French is fine so I did not have to communicate in English but I imagine, seeing their genuine kindness that it would probably have been fine if I had difficulties with the language. The place itself is clean, well organised and incredibly good value for money, I did their "instant relaxation" today and it was 85 euros, myself and my friend ended up spending the whole morning in treatments and then back after lunch for the lovely thermal baths. I had some extra time in the baths in the morning as my friend's treatments took more time than mine. I had misunderstood my package and when staff realised that I had not had my massage I was called to reception, given a new bathrobe and ushered up for my massage in a most professional way, I couldn't have been treated better, they were apologetic but most importantly, reactive to the mistake in such a quick and professional way. Their reactivity was so professional and warm, it was my mistake too, I was totally out of tune with what I had booked! A really lovely way to spend the day and the warmth of the employees really made our visit. The quality of treatments and the magical water jets was really A+. A refaire.
