Description:

Enter the kingdom of the dinosaurs and let inspire yourself of the majesty...

Enter the kingdom of the dinosaurs and let inspire yourself of the majesty of these gigantic creatures. Dinopark Omis is the first theme park in Dalmatia und is situated exactly between Split and Makarska, in the famous city of pirates in Omis, next to the camping “Galeb”, below the coastal highway. The prehistoric outdoor-museum presents many dinosaurs as well as skeletons in 1:1 size on 7000 m², like e.g. Apatosaurus (21 m long, 7m high). New computer engineering allows huge lizards to appear very realistic. Fun and games are also part of the theme park. Many interesting attractions are waiting for you, like e.g. a huge swing-boat, a big dino-slide, a ball pool, a trampoline, kids-carrousel, a ball-pool, a dino-cinema, kids’ trains or a fossil excavation, as well as an attractive dino-fastfood with issue focused food and drinks. A great experience for old and young! A great experience for the whole family!

Sorry to say, Dinopark is CLOSED permanently ! A charming initiative died due to a combination of problems. (Waterproblems after rains and two violent storms damaged the project). I feel sorry for the investors, but respect their decision.

The staff was friendly and that's all. Kids were happy, but we expected more! We paid for a ticket, but that's not all. When you enter the park, you must still pay for extra services. Don't go to the park in bright sunlight, there's no shadow.

It is a small and old themepark. All attractions are aged. The park is next to a camping side to the ocean.

Nice day with family and friends. I wish we could stay longer, we had to leave because of the rain. We are going to visit Dinopark again.

My family and I had an awesome time in Dinopark Omiš. Everything was clean, the service was great and the staff was friendly. The most important part is that kids were happy and this was a thrilling experience for them.

A place fit for it's name! Everyone was so friendly, food was great, but the best part was the park itself, everything was so clean and yet so rustic, i was thrilled, Croatia does need more stuff like this, props to the dinopark team! :)
