This is my first time skiing in my life and the insructors from the school is really patient and explain in detail what needs to be done.
The only thing is sometimes it is difficult if the majority of students are German speakers..... I need to repeat a few times so that instructor will remember switching to English for me.

Value for money school with acceptable class sizes. However they do re-assess on Sundays and Mondays. Ability level in one class can vary wildly and have come across some class members being asked to wait, whilst the instructor took of with two students for an off piste run.

We used the "Early Bird" lessons offer - good value - and booked via the internet for an extra discount.

We had to cancel the ski course for our daughter and did so in a timely manner by email and telephone.
While we were still on holiday, we were put off personally on site regarding the refund and were told that the refund would be made in the next few days.
After several calls and emails, we still haven't received any money a month later.
We are now forced to take legal action.
So keep your hands off!

Do yourself a favour and avoid. We booked ski equipment the day before, but received a confirmation and no further communication. My girlfriend who booked a private instructor here had the same issue. Since we had no idea where to go or where to meet the instructor since no one answered the phone (despite us calling once every 30 minutes for 4 hours), we went to their shop - which was closed. Two phone numbers provided on the door, but again no answer. We sent two emails, to which we also received no answer.
Absolute scam. No communication, no answer, no instructions. Wasted our time and day. Thanks for that.

I paid for my 5 year old and my wife to have tuition for 3 days with this company. After day 2, my wife quit her lessons so she was free to watch my daughter's lessons as the care provided for a 5 year old was the poorest I have ever seen from any commercial service. (If my child had gone missing in their care i guarantee they would not have noticed. In 3 days the instructor never even learned my kid's name!)
For 2.5 days (we quit early) my daughter's instructor never bothered to introduce herself nor remove her massive ski goggles from her face so that the child could see her. The most direct greeting we recieved was 'stand there' by an instructor called Suzie...'the instructor with the massive goggles'. We paid for lessons in English....Suzie was not good at English....to say she had enough English to properly say hello would be stretching the truth.
My wife paid for English lessons...her instructor new English words, alas he had no idea what he was saying nor did any of his words form actual sentances...it was laughable.
The lessons delivered to both my wife and child were impersonable, boring and late starting each and every session.
Please avoid...go to Big Family Ski School...we did for days 3,4 &5...they were fantastic in comparison.
Ski School Olympia spends a fortune on advertising to get your money upfront. Once you complain about the service ( as we did) you get offered vouchers only...for a future lesson. As if I would ever consider using these amateurs ever again. Mark and Avoid!

Just back from a week's ski holiday at Stubai glacier. Hired skis for family from SkiSchule Neustift Olympia and took 2 days of provate lessons. Skis hired were the comfort models so not the latest spec but still decent kit and well-serviced (good edges!).
Price of ski hire was much less than the nearby Intersport shops and the owner is a character!
Private ski lessons were given by teacher called Benjamin, who spoke good English and gave lots of good advice mixed with some fun activities.
Highly recommended overall.

We hire skis and lesson last 2009, Feb at Olympia and would to say, it was perfect.
Very good prices (far less than the other major stores) honest equipment and services.
You'll also be noticed about how friendly Mr. Albin and the other people there can do.
10 in 10!

Booked and paid 'excellent' and equipment via 'skiset' which seemed to be a big partner. When we arrived to the shop the brand and model we had choosen online was not even offered in this store. The man at the desk immediately blamed everything on skiset(!). Strange. The store is in bad condition (ruff) and most of the equipment was worn. Some of the staff rude!

We booked our trip to Stubaier Gletscher one day before and the guy in the shop was really extremely helpful and friendly, but our teacher the next day was a very impatient man. We had the feeling that he was not interested in teaching at all, instead he went with people who already had kind of good skiing skills and kept commenting on us that we wont make it to learn skiing. I have no idea how a teacher can say such things to his students...highly unprofessional!!! We told him several times that it's our first time skiing but we felt he was not able to get what we meant. I just can recommend you to go there if you already have a bit experience...nothing for beginners!!!!
