Amazing color frogs!

It was great to get to know a little bit about frogs, sizes and colors. I loved blue jeans frog and the red eyes. it was more than I expected. Great place for kids too!

Our tour guide was gracious, interesting and informative. The frogs were colorful and we got great views! Note that this is best viewed after dark.

We went to visit the Frog Pond in Monteverde. We had a very nice guided tour. The guide was very friendly, knew a lot about frogs and other insects...he really captivated our 7 year old son. I highly recommend this tour.

Our guide Davi was fabulous. We saw the most amazing, beautiful frogs, took wonderful photos, really enjoyed the visit. Saw so much more than we ever could in the wild, learned about many beautiful frogs who we saw close up. Loved it! Davi even took us outside to see a sloth!

It was neat to see the frogs, but it is not a frog pond. It is a room with frogs in giant aquariums. I thought the price to get in was not worth what you get.

I went here on my Birthday, cool setups, a lot of different species of frogs and some emphasis on environmental issues which I really feel is important. I really loved the red eyed tree frogs, really cool looking.

The name is misleading because it's not exactly a pond, its more like frogs in glass cages, but it was really cool! We had a guide who was very fun and helpful and he taught us a lot about the frogs!

The name can be misleading. The frogs are in glass boxes and not in ponds. The entrance is quite expensive at $12.50. However I really enjoyed it. I went in the afternoon where most frogs were sleeping. My guide, Alejando, gave me a tour of each of the frogs. Then they offer you to come back at night for free... More

We visited here in May 2016, went during the day time for the tour (bilingual tour) and used our ticket for our free return entry at night time to see the nocturnal frogs when they are most active. The frogs are in well sized enclosures (not ponds) with glass walls and a good amount of shrubbery, which makes them fun... More
