Yes, it is safe as long as adults in your group keep an eye on the child. The Sky Walk includes walking on well marked trails and several hanging/suspension bridges which have side rails. The hanging bridges may shake a little as you walk on them and a young child might get scared unless prepped to expect it. Also the height (above forest floor) may be a factor, as well as the total distance of the walk. Although each child is different, you may to carry the child at least a part of the way.
