In the middle of nowhere Fort Patiko offers relaxing minutes in a romantic environment. You could walk up a neighboring hill. We did not do so.

This is a great place to visit. The history of it is quite sad, its a must see for anyone interested in the history of northern uganda or anyone interested in the Baker's Trail.

When in Gulu, it is a must go place. It is a rich historical site with very good and amazing people. Uganda is en-dowered richly no wonder it was named the Pearl of Africa. Will definitely visit again with my family.

If the tourism industry preserves such info it will bolster the industry. I like the way ministry of tourism is approaching it with tulambule.
