WOW!!! The forest was amazing! I don’t know why this place got “meh” reviews! Could possibly been the prettiest walk we’ve done. After the falls, don’t stop! Head to ruins which took about 20 minutes to get there on a logger road. But the forest left and right was so pretty. Ruins were pretty much to the ground, but I liked it!

Nice little waterfall with viewing platform on upper path, and a small beach on the lower path. Short walk from the car park to the falls.

Be aware that the map location shown on Trip Advisor is not accurate at all. This is not in Newtonmore, but about 11 miles West on the A86. If you use the WhatThreeWords app the location is ///identify.political.massive

We stopped here (near Laggan on the road from the A9 to Spean Bridge) on our way to Skye, to stretch our legs and change driver. The falls are in a steep gorge about 50 yards from the Forestry Commission car park, and are worth seeing. We also set out to walk to the nearby hill, but the path was waterlogged and we were clearly going to get soaked.

Enjoyed our walk but the path is a little eroded and comes too close to the edge towards the waterfall when walking with young kids. The rest is rather more overgrown than shown on previous photos, and somewhat boggy too.

The falls are within a few feet of the parking area. There is a trail to the ruins. We tried to find the ruins but it was not well signed and we have a hard time obtaining cell service to find by gps.

The waterfall is close to the car park, which is handy. Don't expect the Niagra Falls, but a lovely wee waterfall in a nice setting. The walk to the Lost Village is ok. Be careful if you try the circular route. Due to a lack of sign posts, after the village, we ended up tramping across the heather bogs under the pylons, till we got back on the path.

This is a beautiful, tucked away place in one of Highland Scotland's verdant forests. Take plenty of photos but be sure to watch your footing, or you can slip and fall off of steep places.

Came to visit the falls, one guidebook told us to park at Lagan Wolfe mountain bike however you cannot get to the falls from here.
There is a leaflet giving walks from this car park but they're not marked, we ended up going on one of the MountainBike trails ,Strictly NOT advisable, the mountain bikes come quite fast and the tracks are quite narrow and steep in places.
For the falls park in Druid an Aird car park which is difficult to see if going west on the A86.

Only a short walk from our lodge. The falls are pretty but not worth a long walk or drive. Viewing platform is currently closed for repairs.
