What an amazing beach. Beautiful sand. Lovely cliff side walks along the beach, also a cave the kids enjoyed. The perfect place for a family picture or two. Well worth a visit. The signal is not good so I'd advise taking some cash if you want to use the cafe for a coffee or ice cream as the card reader kept losing signal. 100% recommended

No parking in surrounding roads. Best park in Palm Bay avenue loads of parking there. Easy reach to the nudist area by the slope. Nice private dunes, seas refreshing. Many naturists were there enjoying the last of the autumn sun. It's my go to place for naturism.

Love love this beach. It is perfect. Not too busy, it is clean, the view is gorgeous and when the tide is out, there are loads of little rock pools. There is not really specific parking for this location and there are no toilets aside from nearby pubs but highly recommend coming here. Such a contrast from Margate which is nearby.

Beautiful and quite secluded bay with golden sands and white chalk sea stacks. Keep a weather eye on the tides - the bay gets cut off at both sides at high tide, so you can find yourselves stuck for several hours. Parking is mostly residential, so please be respectful to the residents and park at Joss Bay and walk in. Don't set up camp directly underneath the cliff face; the chalk regularly spits large chunks. Nudist area to one side.

I stayed here for three days; my first holiday on the Kent coast in over thirty years. The hotel was immaculate. Everywhere looked really smart and the room was very cosey, clean, quiet and well facilitated. I used the hotel's wifi whilst there and it was even faster than my own! No problems with it at all. All staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Callum who I got talking to when he came to clean my room and replenish supplies. I mentioned of how I didn't know where many shops and things were, around the town and he very kindly got me some leaflets with all the information in and gave me a few ideas for places to visit. This was very kind and helpful and I am most grateful to him. The food and drink at the restaurant were also very nice and there was plenty of variety to choose from. I accidentally stayed around half an hour past the checkout time due to my watch being slow but staff were very nice about it and did not charge any extra. Over all I’m very satisfied with my stay. Staff were very friendly and kind, the hotel was clean, well facilitated and cosey throughout. I would definitely be happy to stay here again if I came back to Broadstairs.

Parking can be a problem. Joss Bay has a large car park and from there it's a nice walk along the beach if the tide is out. The chalk stacks at Botany and arch at Kingsgate are really impressive. They're eroding fast though. Further along is the naturist area that is very popular in Summer. A great beach overall, but limited facilities except for the very nice Botany Bay Hotel and pub.

Very beautiful beach for our Chinese New year Trip. We have walked from west-gate-on-sea to Botany Bay. The colours of sky keep changing along the way. Had a nice stay at a BnB that day after walking. Thanks for nice food and cozy room provide by the host Barry : ) PS: Just know there is a naked area in Botany Bay as well, lol. A magical place to spend time with friends. Sea breezes, a great pub on the doorstep, wildflowers galore. There’s a naturist section along the dunes and lovely clifftop walks. Cherished memories made here with friends.

We visited midweek to have more quiet space. Therecwere less than a dozen other naturists otherwise almost empty beach. I guess its bissier at the weekends. The sea iscwarm enough for swimming in June but only for brief dips!! A great day out topped off with a beer and snscks at the botany hotel nearby.

A lovely seaside break on the windswept north Kent coast. The highlight of the visit was long walks along the beach and cliff tops. The coastline is beautiful, although there’s limited facilities bars or cafes. The summer would be a better time to visit. Botany Bay beach is a gem, there’s even a naturist area apparently!
