This is above the River Wye. There are lovely views, and some nice walks. There is a nice coffee shop also.

Beautiful walks along the river Wye or climb up to the rock at symonds yat for stunning views of peregrine falcons and buzzards. It's a tough climb up but well worth it and there's a cafe at the top for a well deserved coffee.

Parked up at the Rock and after stopping to look at the spectacular views and photograph the Peregrine Falcons, we walked down to SymondsYat. After lunch at the Saracens Head we took the hand ferry across the river and walked down to Biblins and crossed the "wobbly" bridge! The walk back along the other side of the river was fabulous,... Wow what an amazing place. Visited Symonds Yat on Saturday 18th June. Beautiful day all round. Took a leisurely boat trip up the river then walked the half mile up through the forest to Symonds Yat Rock and it doesn't disappoint. Absolutely amazing views across 7 counties, it is breathtakingly beautiful. There were members of the RSPB there with binoculars... More

we did the 2 hour red trail, from the centre - it was an excellent walk and don;t miss the viewing area - fairly near the beginning of the walk - you won't be disappointed.

The leisure park has excellent views looking out across 7 counties, it is very good for photographers as well. There are also various trails you can stroll around taking in the whole of the park

To be fair the purpose of my trip was to walk along the river and visit Yat Rock and the only reason why I went to the Leisure park was to simply park my car and use as a base. I briefly walked through the Leisure park and yes I should imagine it would be quite disappointing if this was... More

A must visit location. Brilliant views, many varied walks, rock climi g too. A walk down to the valley floor offers hostileries, boat trips along the Wye, canoeing if you so desire and again a greayt walk along the river.
