Fun

It was fun, kids aged 9 enjoyed it and the staff were helpful. Kids got little prizes which made them happy. It did look a little dated.

The leisure park is a nice family day out by the river. You have a choice of hiring a canoe, going on a boat ride or just relaxing watching the antics on the river. Food and refreshments are available and there is a field available for childrens ball games. There is also a small pebble beach area where you can... More

We were holidaying near by and decided to revisit 16 years after the last time! Nothing has changed very much at all, not a bad thing. The views and scenery are still as stunning. We went on one of the river cruises and enjoyed lunch in one of the local pubs. The whole place could maybe do with a little... More

I came here with my husband and 3 children hoping for a lovely day out....boy was I disappointed! The arcade looks run down and out of date playing music through a tinny speaker. There used to be a lovely cafe here but that's all closed and derelict. The pub was empty, dark and dingy and wern't doing any food. There... More

Breath taking in more ways than one! The view from the top is incredible, really takes your breath away, photographs don't do it justice. But the walk up there if you are with elderly or infirm family, very strenuous, mentally and physically. Only 1/2 mile up a winding path but not for infirm, use the road and park in car... More

This is above the River Wye. There are lovely views, and some nice walks. There is a nice coffee shop also.

Beautiful walks along the river Wye or climb up to the rock at symonds yat for stunning views of peregrine falcons and buzzards. It's a tough climb up but well worth it and there's a cafe at the top for a well deserved coffee.
