Reached by a boardwalk next to the car park, this is an accessible wild beach at Sant Tomas on the south coast backed by rolling green landscape. The water was warm with a sand bottom. A mixed group of visitors, many of them nudists happily co-existing with ‘textiles’. The cafe at the beginning does sandwiches for the beach but there was long line at lunchtime for food and drink. No shade on the beach - take an umbrella.

It's so nice to find naturist friendly beaches and this one is one of the best we've been to for friendliness and chilled out attitudes. On each of our visits we were predominantly in the company of fellow naturists which included several families with young children, always more uplifting to us than beaches with sets of leery old men. The sea was rough each time we visited but not enough to keep bathers out of the sea during exceptionally hot days. The choppy seas had brought in masses of short cropped seaweed which flows around you like minestrone soup but I can't believe this is a year round occurrence ? On the last visit there was a very strong Eastward rip and red flags were flying on nearby Sant Tomas beach.

There is a café near the beach car park (Free car park) which is a wonderful setting but we found the food really disappointing for the price though the staff were friendly - I know the prices reflect the location not the food quality.

The path Westward to the beach is very rough and it's worth keeping an eye to the ground rather than looking at the spectacular views over to Majorca.

There are no facilities on the beach itself but it's only a 5 minute walk back to the beach bar at Sant Tomas anyway.

The sunsets we've seen from here looking Westward over the Med, Majorca and mainland Spain have been truly amazing, and each night a procession of beach goers stop to point 100s of cameras to the setting sun.

We've been several times now, and can always find space and never find disapproving looks. It's our fave beach on the island so far :-)

Binigaus is one of the best nudist beaches in the Mediterranean: very easily accessible from Santo Tomas (5 minute walk), lots of little coves and over 2 kilometres long, with lovely sandy beach.

A nice sea, generally clean and seaweed free. Its a 15-20 min walk from the main hotel area and wed suggest wearing decent footwear as it can get a bit rocky in places.

Some nice little cove type options at the far end. No facilities at all so take everything you'll need for the day.

Overall, nice and somewhat remote , not a wow place, just OK

Although not quite as pretty as the postcard smaller beaches this has become a staple favourite of my partner and I on our regular visits to the island. Mainly because you can always park behind the cafe or in the overspill on the other side of the road. Once parked you should walk west for 10 minutes to the other side of the small spit as the first bit has permanent parasols and sunbeds and is used mainly by the Santo Tomas hotel guests. The beach is long and sandy and the water crystal clear. If you like to snorkel the couple of small islands provide a great venue, including a cave, other than that the beach has open sea with a sandy bottom. The further along you walk the more secluded you will be but if walking is an issue for your group you needn't go far. I don't know why there are so many comments about nudists. There's not a beach on Menorca that doesn't have nudists of all ages (except perhaps those in tourist areas, those I don't know). and everyone mixes in quite happily.

Great little beach in the resort of Sant Tomas, Es Migjon. A really lovely spot alongside local hostalries and with a lovely paved path to take you along the promenade. The beach is very safe for youngsters and with the local Cruz Roja lifeguards in attendance you feel extra secure. Although there are adjacent beaches and also the quite local 2 mile expanse at Son Bou this beach offers that quite special feel. Worth a visit and a long stroll.

Lovely white sandy beach, with gently shelving sea. Windy the day we were there. No facilities seen. Beach used by naturists.

We went here whilst staying in Menorca for two weeks. It is a lovely beach, with quite relaxed seas, easy to get in and out, with a steady gradient. I'd read that it was a mixture of clothed and nudists at this beach but didn't really comprehend it until we arrived. We parked at Sant Tomas and walked along the pathway to the other end of the beach, and the middle section of the beach seems to have quite a high concentration of Nudies. No shortage of places to park your bicycle safely!
Lovely beach and well worth a visit!

I love Binigaus and Sant Tomas. The 'nudist' area is beyond Es Bruc, (the bar by the roundabout as you enter St Tomas), but anywhere to the left is fine, so you do have the choice! It's a gently sloping beach, so it's very safe and there are nearly always lifeguards as well. You can walk right along to the other end of St Tomas and there are various restaurants along the way. It's a beautiful place, very quiet and not for those who want a noisy, lively resort.

Nice sandy beach with beautiful clear waters and no development behind but watch out for the nudists!
