I rented a Colnago v1-r for a week and spent my time climbing up and down all corners of the island. Fantastic communication from the shop prior to my arrival and throughout my trip. The bike worked perfectly and was so much easier than brining my bike with me for a solo trip. I’m already planning my next trip back and won’t consider renting from anywhere else.

The actual service provided by the Puerto Pollenca branch was fantastic, great communication and easy. I did however have some issues with poor maintenance of the bike I hired, bars not tightened correctly, perished old tyre leading to a puncture, a loose spoke from the get go before I rode out of town.
I would still recommend Bikehead, but make extra sure your bike is tip top.

I thought it would be a laugh to go for a day trip to Mallorca for a bike ride in the sun.
I hired from here as it was near where I was staying in Palma. The service was outstanding, all with a smile. The bike was all set up and in excellent condition. He asked if I had a planned route and gave full advice on where to go, what to look out for and places to get drinks and food. There were no problems with the bike or anything else. He even let me have a quick shower before leaving as I was going straight back to the airport. Great service which was above and beyond what was expected.

I hired a Cervelo R3 from Bikehead in their Port Pollenca branch in March 2017.
The bike was very good, the drivetrain looked new and was very clean. It had mis-matched wheels (Fulcrum and Mavic) but that didn't make any difference. It had new-ish Continental tyres.
Picking up the bike was no problem, once I found their office (in the Hotel basement) and likewise it was dropped off without issue.
I'd use then again.

I arrived in Palma to collect my bike from Bikehead where it was already setup and waiting for me. The bike was in excellent condition and it was a pleasure to cycle around Mallorca on it.
Philippe also leant me his portable charger when I arrived at the shop with nearly no charge left on my phone. This is just a small example of how excellent the service is at bikehead. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of renting a bike in Mallorca and I hope I will be back to use their bikes again. Fantastic bikes, excellent service at a great price.

Hired CANNONDALE SUPERSIX EVO Di2 2017. 3 day trip and Di2 ran out of charge on the second day. Had to do 50k and 1000m stuck in one gear! Was told I should have taken out breakdown insurance and still no offer of even a partial refund after numerous emails. Had to make an early morning trip to Pollenca and wait while the battery was recharged. No option to swap the battery pack unfortunately.

I booked a fantastic Colnago bike with Bikehead in Mallorca for an upcoming holiday. The team could not have been more helpful and had even arranged for delivery of my rental bike to my slightly out of the way hotel.
Unfortunately before I could travel I broke my femur rather badly in a race which clearly put pay to my cycling in Mallorca plans.
I contacted Anders at Bikehead and he could not have been more understanding. I was immediately offered a full refund and best wishes for my recovery.
I will definitely be back to cycle in Mallorca and Bikehead will get my business.

Great bikes and nice service! We met a australian guy who helped with the bike and the swedish owner. Very flexible and much recommended!

We hired two of Bikehead's Specialized Tarmacs for 6 days of cycling in Mallorca, after finding the company via Google. Picking up the bikes at the Palma shop was easy, after realising doubling parking was 'acceptable' on the crowded streets!
The two bikes were in excellent condition, well set up and maintained. They proved themselves as reliable and enjoyable companions on the 250 hilly miles we covered. Both of us were sad to bid farewell to the bikes, but that may have been more to do with the smooth roads, hills and great views!
Mike was honest, enthusiastic and couldn't do enough to make the hiring experience as easy as possible! Best of all he was interested in where you'd been on the bikes and what you thought - that says a lot!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bikehead, and look forward to using them again on our inevitable return trip...

Got Bikehead's details from a friend and texted Micke a few days before I arrived. Great communication throughout and very punctual in delivery and pickup. I rented a Tarmac Di2 which was in excellent condition. Recommended
