It is what it is, a river walk. Nothing to see except ducks and the river itself was murky. It’s good that the walk is there as it takes you out of the resort with tourist data boards, but it’s a walk, not a fact finding nor interesting walk, jus a walk.

Nice River walk with lots to see along the way, well signposted and complete with information boards telling you about the area and the sites. Good views across the are from the Church at the top of the hill. Not too strenuous.

There are information boards in English & Spanish (or is it Catalan?) at various points around the route of the walk - so you can start at any point, although the board numbering starts from the Ramblas. There are excellent sea views from the promenade, then along the river bank - look for the fish! It proceeds past several bridges and a farm (look for the chickens, peacock and goats), to the church. It is a bit of a climb to the church, but there are excellent views once you get to the top. Leaving the church you go back down into the town and the end of the walk. A couple of hours of gentle exercise.

We didn't get to do this walk last year and what a hidden gem. It was very beautiful by the river and we found a few play areas for the kids. They loved this part of the resort.

Can pick up a map from tourist information, or just read the info boards as you are going along, in a few languages. Peaceful location, easy to get round if you have a wheelchair or pushchair. Lots of fish and unusual birds to see.
