Beautiful and quiet. Saw 6 bee eaters and enjoyed a lovely walk at the edge of the water. Stopped on way back for a coffee and enjoyed the views. Parked easily on main road.

big and empty. good atlantic breakers. reached from the parador by many wooden steps - though thoughtfully a bench at half way point.

If you want facilities such as toilets and beach bars then don't come here. If you want tranquility and a beach that stretches for miles with hardly anyone else on it then this is not to be missed.

Partly our fault. We were not prepared. We read that this was a well appointed beach with many services but this is no longer the case.

It might be different during the summer but the beach no longer has facilities. No bathrooms, no chiringuitos, no showers. Looks abandoned and bricked up for the season.

If you are fully self-sufficient, this is a beautiful beach. Plenty of space and part of a beach that stretches for kilometers. Also, plenty of parking. If you don't get one of the 25 or so spots right next to the beach, there are big parking lots at the top of the cliffs. The walk down the road is straight and easy and good exercise on the way back up.

If you stay in Parador you can access easily from hotel as they have a private staircase from pool area. Long sandy beach.

Access to the beach from the Parador is quite unique and at times has to be treated with respect. The walkway is a challenge after a brisk walk and brilliantly constructed. This section of a very lengthy brilliant beach is particularly special and never busy. The beach is spotless and apart from the occasional fisherman secluded. There are shells of all shapes, sizes and colours in abundance for children and even older adults. Great views, amazing sunsets and lots of opportunities to be active. A virtual paradise in good weather and when we were there the sun shone non stop for 6 days. Very special place. Keep it quiet

The walk down to the beach is interesting, as you know you have to walk back up again! However, there are benches placed regularly to rest on the way up. The beach is absolutely great and worth walking along and dipping your toes in the Atlantic.

We stayed 3 days close to the beach; as the hotel was 100mtr from the beach! Ok but not super; as it was in Algarve, portugal!
