Like others, not sure why Atlantico is in the attraction section. It is one of the pools for the Prainha village complex of hotel and villas. This is the pool we used, and was very relaxing with stunning views. Those with mobility issues might find this pool difficult to acces down the path, steps and slopes. Had a lovely early evening meal here, been by the pool most of the day and finished it off with a great tuna salad! Reading the reviews on here, and its in the attraction category, would make you think it's somewhere to visit. Very slow service when we went, but this was probably due to overcrowding caused by non residence. Not easy to find either. The address is for the main hotel which looked a nice resort. The Atlantic pool is a 10 minute walk from there. …

We visited here while staying at the prainha clube hotel. It is quite difficult to find as no 'pathway' to it you just see the gates. It's nice & different but overall to be honest we didn't think it was anything special. Lots of grassy banks for sunbathing but even as hotel guests you have to pay for the sunbeds. It also didn't look like the pool was 'swept' as lots of leaves & debris had blown in (we visited around 11 and would expect due to location it would be cleaned regularly) It is something different to a regular hotel pool but we didn't stay preferring to use the pool near the hotel which was always clean & well kept. Can't comment on food & drink prices as we didn't use the bar but it looked nice. All in... it's a pool on a cliff top..... …
