This was the most amazing experience !!!
Everything from the booking to asking questions and the staff interactions on the day was fantastic.
I got all my perfectly edited pictures and videos within a few hours
I felt like a totally valued customer that was in extremely safe hands which is very important when doing something like this .
The instructors and camera crew were very attentive and reassuring and will make you feel special .
The atmosphere at Skydive Algarve in general was a very happy and family like environment filled with fun and laughter but also very serious when it needed to be .
These guys clearly love what they do !!
I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is thinking of doing a skydive

I had an awesome experience at Skydive Algarve! I am quite afraid of heights but I really wanted to try sky diving for many years, and this was the perfect place to do it. I was really lucky with the weather and couldn't have picked a better day, so make sure to try and pick a clear day I booked the day before and it said cloudy and dry but was actually sunny in the end!
The team at skydive were so friendly and professional! Mode was my instructor and she put me at ease and always smiling and fun energy, I felt totally at ease even though inside I was thinking what am I doing! lol.
It was quite quick and efficient to check in and then watch the safety video, get ready and into the gear. I was the only tandem skydive in that session so the other people on the plane were experienced, we saw amazing views of the Algarve so pretty! We were the first to jump and it was spectacular! It feels like a dream so I'm glad I got the video and photo package for memories. I really wanted to push myself to get out of my comfort zone so you should definitely do it, so worth the price for this experience, doing this means I can do anything!
I also got my photos and video emailed in a couple of hours, they said up to 24 hours but were able to do it quicker in the end so that was awesome to see the video and photos very professional video and memorable photos to show everyone when I get home. I would definitely skydive here again with Skydive Algarve and recommend to anyone wanting to skydive!

What an experience!!!!
From arriving at the field to leaving it, I was well looked after, felt safe and well prepared (with many reminders cause they know memory doesn't work when you are nervous).
Everyone was so positive, even the sport jumpers in the plane were giving me a thumbs up and encouraging smiles. And even the receptionist made me feel like she is proud of me at the end 🙂
Very happy to have done my first jump here and starting the new year with a bang.

Amazing experience! Great staff members & jumpers. Made you feel comfortable and excited. 100% worth the money and experience. Would recommend spending the extra bit of money on getting yourself recorded. Also, dress warm Under the overalls because it is freezing.

After trying for months at home to progress in skydiving we were getting nowhere, so we decided to bit the bullet and go to Skydive Algarve and sign up for the AFF (accelerated free fall) course. We took the platinum package which includes 10 consol jumps which are required to get the A licence in skydiving. Our course started on a Saturday with the ground school and by Wednesday we had successfully completed levels 1 to 8. The level of instruction we received was second to none. All instructors spoke perfect English and made each lesson easy to follow with clear precise instructions and demonstrations. When we finished our 10 consol jumps we did our CH1 exam had our A licence briefing and were awarded our licence. We then continued jumping for another few days until we had to leave. When our course was over and we were jumping on our own the instructors were still very much on hand to offer advice and help with anything we asked. Nothing was to much trouble for them. 10 out of 10 all round. Thanks to my instructors Frederico ( Fred ) Machadon, Filipe Quintas, Bruno Geada, Willem de Groot, Andy Pointer, Maud and manifaster Ana Rocha Barradas.

I jumped at Skydive algarve for the first time this year, I can comfortably say that it is the best Drop Zone that I’ve been to in the whole world!
Upon arriving we had a quick coffee at the sky Caffe before going in to the airfield. The staff were super friendly, and the process to get us up in the air was very easy, quick and efficient; all the while not compromising on any safety. I felt safe and I felt like I was truly in the hands of professionals.
After speaking to some of the instructors I realised that these guys are very experienced!
The aeroplane was super fast to get to 15k feet and comfortable inside. The views on the plane ride were simply breathtaking. Being able to see golden sand beaches, mountain ranges, the south cost and the western most point of Europe from that angle was an experience in itself!
And now for the jump, simply no words...
Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.
I had been watching people parachuting down to the landing zone all week from my apartment balcony and decided, why not give it a go?! Great decision.
Booked with (the recommended) SkyDive Algarve through a ticket agency in Alvor. This company was recommended over others due to the care and attention to detail they provide for your "experience" - and I couldn't be happier with the choice. Our day turned out to be cloudy and the guys at SkyDive Algarve held off bringing us up until there was a break in the clouds - to maximise our experience. And was it worth the wait!!
This was my first skydive and thanks to Steve (my tandem partner) and the crew it couldn't have been better. Felt at ease all throughout. Very professional with great personalities to boot! The fact that I wasn't that nervous tells a lot.
I also got the video/photo package and I can honestly say, it was worth the extra cost. Amazing memories captured.
I'd have no hesitation recommending these guys if people are interested in doing a tandem jump while in the Algarve.

I wanted to skydive for my first time in life and I was just booked the 15k and beach landing option online for 1 PM. To be honest I expected to not be in time because this is Portugal, nothing is on time 😅
But I managed to jump around 7 PM..
Don’t get me wrong the staff was very friendly the experience was unbelievable, but definitely the 6 hours waiting time took a lot of excitement away.. Not sure if this was an isolated case or not.
Anyway, I recommend this experience but only if you have a full day to lose for it..

Ciprian, we are once again truly sorry for the waiting period; We did our best to run things as fast as possible and keep you updated throughout the afternoon, but there are simply too many holds on the airspace at the moment that are completely out of our control. So much fun! Had a great tandem. What gives it four stars and not five is because of the lack of information that was given. We were just placed in some beanbags for ca 30min before someone came and said that five of us was going first, we were then placed in a room to watch a information video. My tandem pilot was great, pointed out places from the plane and told me in forhand what was going to happen next. Amazing experience

Hi there, we are sorry for the lack of information given in the moment that you were awaiting your briefing. When you were accompanied to the hangar by our staff member and then asked to sit on the benches/ beanbags our staff member usually makes sure everyone is aware that they are awaiting an instructor to be ready to give the briefing. We are sorry that you obviously didn't receive this information in the usual way. We are glad to hear that the actual experience itself and the tandem instructor made up for this lapse.

I cannot rate my experience with Skydive Algarve highly enough. I was on holiday in Algarve in early August and had booked the skydive for while I was there. From start to finish all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Very slick and organised setup. They look after their customers really well. The briefings were very clear and easy to understand. It was my first skydive and at no point did i have any apprehension. The instructors were awesome from start to finish. All were a good laugh and made the whole experience one i will never forget. My instructor Steve was brilliant. He made sure I was comfortable and made it such a good laugh and I felt safe the whole time. The junp was incredible from 15k feet and again Steve and my camera man Mauro were great. Both made the whole jump even better than I thought and were so enthusiastic which added to the jump. I loved it so much the day after i got home from Portugal I booked another tandem jump in the UK! I cannot recommend Skydive Algarve enough.

On as eu par la suite un appel ou nous devions recevoir un mail de confirmation avec l heure a laquelle il faudra se rendre sur place pour le saut.

Hi, we are 20 minutes from Lagos. There is a public bus which goes every 2 hours from Lagos to Alvor. We can then pick you up from the Alvor bus stop.

We are a 30 minute drive from Albufeira. There is a public bus which goes every 2 hours and costs about 9€ return per person- the bus takes a bit longer as it goes via other towns and resorts on it's way. Alternatively a private transfer can be booked by us and costs 45€ each way.

We do not have trainers to rent but depending on your size we may have a pair you can borrow. Alternatively there is a Primark shop not far away where you could purchase a very cheap pair I'm sure ;)

It's taking into account your ordinary clothing and shoes. If we were to weigh you it would be on arrival before you were dressed in the jumpsuit.

You can reserve online on our website. The price depends on the height you wish to jump from. At the moment we have a special price where you can jump from 10,000ft with handycam photos and video for 234.99€.
