A Norway must see.

Fjords are what Norway is known for. And this fjord is the fjord of the fjords. Stunningly beautiful. Nough said.

I've been to Geiranger many times. I just can't get enough of this place. Its a great place to relax or go trekking or canoe. Geiranger is one of the most beautifull Places in Norway that should be visited. For nature lovers. Geiranger is a place to be.

While Norway may have over a thousand fjords, Geiranger Fjord is one of the most well known. The views are charming and picturesque - the arch-typical fjord views can be had here.

The view from the top is absolutely great. The only downside is that everyone parks on the way down to the city of Geiranger, even buses, which makes it quite hard to drive the road down with its sharp turns. There are a lot of Chinese and Japanese people (I've only seen them here tbh). Once you go down to... More

its a must visit if you are in Norway. Be sure to carry a scarf or a cap as its really windy on the cruise through the fjords and often they can even get blown away:)

It is definitely one of the well-known tourist places in Norway and is a popular stop for many cruise ships. Very good views from walking trails on the right side of the fjord.

The scenery is just stunning, but the "feel" of this area is soothing. It's nature at it's finest and small town at its best. This was a cruise ship stop, but I would have loved to linger longer. We took a trip up to the top of Mt. Dalsnibba and a rib-boat ride along the fjord and then enjoyed the... More

There is plase that you must visit. I have been there a few times, and I every time like it even more. You can also rent kayak or motor boat and go for a tour along the fjord.

There are not many places like this in Europe and probably in the world. The nature is wonderful. While being there, I had the feeling to catch and record as much as possibly with my eyes, in order not to lose any piece of the landscape out of the memory. My suggestion: please don't waste too much time taking picture:... More
