This was the last of our 3-winery tour visits that La Ferriera put together for our mixed party of 5. Weather turned stormy so the vineyards were not feasible so we got to go indoors and relax with our fellow travelers and enjoy the side dishes our guide served.

We did not get invited to go into the wine storage area and all our time was spent sitting at a large table, enjoying each other's company (which was very pleasant).

The wines were pleasant enough and we had several kinds to sample.

The grounds afforded some dramatic views of the hillside, impressing us with the natural beauty of the area.

The day was very pleasant, got to see a lot of the countryside, try a variety of wines (some good, some not to our liking), and sample some appetizers. This modest little vineyard was very Tuscan in every respect; it was just like we were guests at someone's home.

Our guide was informative, friendly, and did a great job of explaining our wine choices.

Fabio was an exceptional host during our tour of his family’s vineyard and olive groves. After leaning a bit about the olive oil and wine making process, we were served an excellent lunch alongside truly amazing wine. The wine was so good that we sent a case home! Fabio was always attentive throughout our experience and we cannot speak highly enough of Semboloni Winery and Fabio.

We can’t wait to come back.

Had a wonderful morning truffle hunting with Fabio and Zara. Followed by a delicious truffle and wine tasting. Wines were excellent and Fabio and his partner were very knowledgable and showed genuine excitement to show off their wines and Tuscan culture. A must do experience.

We visited Semboloni in August '23 for our daughter's birthday. We tasted wine, olive oil and honey with fantastic information and insights from Fabio and his family. It's a lovely, simple, family-run business and highly recommended for a wine tasting experience in the heart of Tuscany. Thank you!

If you only get to do one thing in Tuscany then visit this farm. The tour lets you experience the living history of both olive oil and wine making. This family opens up their farm to the public but still manages to give you a very personal and warm welcome. The wines are exquisite and the food delicious. Who knew that a piece of bread with a bit of olive oil could be so divine.

My friend and I stayed at Tuscan Fitness and went to the Wine Tasting with a small group of people. It was such a relaxed atmosphere and I definitely would go there again.
Fabio explained how they make their wine and explained the tradition behind each one of them.
Their products are all organically made and taste and smell amazing.
He wore a mask and was very hygenic and careful. So even in those weird times he gave a great and safe service.

We went on the tour, then stayed for tasting and lunch. The olive oil was delicious, the wine went down super quick and the kids loved the honey tasting. We even found out there are male and female branches on olive trees! Would thoroughly recommend the fantastic staff who take great care of this special place in a beautiful setting. Molto bene!🍷🫒

Fabio took us on a very extensive olive oil program and wine tour. We learn more this trip than we had in a dozen wine tours. Lunch was very well presented and delicious. Great ambiance. Ariana made such a great lunch with perfect pairing. So much attention to details. Both Fabio and Ariana were great hosts.

Fabio's family shared their passion of nature farming. We have a wonderful night in his organic wine yard & truffle hunting tour. Pepo the smarty hunter (doggie) guided us to the exact spot of Truffle. We dig it out with special tool and rewarded with home cooked fresh truffle on toast and Truffle pasta..DON'T MISS OUT.. Superb tasty fresh /fragrance of Truffle you will never forget.
Olive farm + Wine yard and = truffle experience €30/head. Excellent worth of visit.
Highly recommend for all, especially those with young children.

My husband and I stumbled on this farm while driving around Tuscany. We were greeted by a friendly and knowledgable woman who gave us a free, private wine and olive oil tasting. She told us of the two-generation history of the family of wine-makers. I was surprised to learn that their wines (including a rose) were made purely from Sangiovese grapes. The olive oil was to die for! Because of luggage weight limits, I could only buy one big bottle of wine and their body grape seed oil (divine). I also wanted the olive facial wash but they didn't have any in stock but the owner just gave me the last bottle in their store--for free! Incredible generosity and warmth. They are currently renovating the store and it will be done in summer. Definitely worth a stop!
