Small but some good artefacts
May 2019 • Couples
This history museum is included in the ticket to grotto di ispinigola (a cave) nearby. It is a small museum but worth a look if you are in the area. There are some good nuraghic finds from the local area. There is a small gift shop and toilets.

A great little place to help bring to life the awesome grottos and archeological sites around the region. Great little video too, which the attendant played in English for us too

After cave visit
Jul 2017 • Family
Nice little museum with Dorgali history. We made the stop after visiting the "Grotta di Ispinigoli". The visit was free if you had tickets from the cave.

Archeology museum

The museum has a basic film to introduce the museum. Local 'finds' laid out by time zones - Roman, Nuragic, prehistoric etc. It is a good idea to get the 3 entry ticket for 5 euros that admits you to the museum, the Nuraghe Mannu and the Serra Orrios Nuraghic village as they are 3 euros each.

Delightful & Interesting
Oct 2015 • Couples
A delightful and interesting museum right in Dorgali with prehistoric and Roman artifacts. Three rooms and a short video in several languages. Admission here can be combined with visits to the local archaeological sites of Nuraghe Mannu and Serra Orrios (good value for 6 E total pp this way) - highly recommended. All the ticket collectors have a wealth of information and are willing to share; so pleasant and interesting. Allow 30- 45 minutes.

Interesting little museum

This is the home to many of the archeological finds from the surrounding area. Historically is covers a time span mainly from neolithic to medieval and later. Some of the articles are fascinating. Free entry with Nuralgic Settlement ticket.
