We had a great time at this black vulcanic beach, which is always kept very clean, with a good restaurant right there over looking the sea. Only one time we were not able to go in bc of jelly fish.

Lucky us had a place right by Baia Negra. I've been around but this was a magical place for sundowns. Never seen something like it. Amanda

Big, sandy beach around a sheltered bay with beautiful view on volcanoes and the sea. There are no beach bars with loud music.

Great beach where the sand is actually black! Water was clean and clear. If you go here late afternoon/early evening be aware of the huge mosquito population! go during the day and you will be fine
