- Jessica WNew Albany, Ohio227 contributionsParos gemThis was a very nice winery tour in Paros! The winery has deep family history which is well detailed by their knowledgeable staff. It’s a beautiful facility and the wine was tasty. I would recommend an afternoon tour for a relaxing experience.Visited October 2023Traveled with familyWritten October 18, 2023
- kattriprevusNorthbrook, Illinois407 contributionsLovely afternoon wine tasting & tour experienceWe did the wine tour inside and outside with an informative guide, who shared the history of the family, vineyard on Paros, and Greek wine production. He was very friendly and answered questions of our small group. Afterwards we enjoyed our tasting of 3-5 wines with cheeses/bread. Their outdoor patio setting is lovely and it was a very nice tasting. I liked their Rose wine the best. The Moraitis winery was a very nice afternoon experience sharing it with friends about 20 minutes drive from Naoussa.Visited September 2023Traveled with friendsWritten October 25, 2023
- Michelle TNew York City, New York656 contributionsGreat Vineyard Tour and TastingI had emailed them to prebook the wine & cheese tour, which included 5 wine and cheese pairings after the regular tour of the vineyard and grounds. The tour itself is fun and informative. You learn a lot about how wine is made and also how its different in Greece than in other arts of the world. I do recommend upgrading to the wine & cheese tour, because the regular tour only gives you 3 wines. The 5 wines that you get in the advanced pairing is also different from the ones you get in the 3 tasting, so you get to try some of their more premium wines. It was also great to have a piece of cheese that’s specifically paired to each wine. We had a lot of fun and ended up picking up a few bottles to take home. If you have any questions, you’re also welcome to ask at their bar counter. I had a question about their orange wine and they let us try it before buying it. We, of course, got it. If you’re a wine lover, I highly recommend Moraitis.Visited September 2023Traveled as a coupleWritten November 18, 2023
- Roam038815778668 contributionsmore more more Moraitis winesWonderful wines in a semi-intimate setting. small winery for tastings. It is not a vineyard but an excellent place to go to sample wines and drink wines while have snacks or a light meal. Almost impossible not to buy a bottle or more to bring home.Visited September 2023Traveled with familyWritten January 17, 2024
- Jordana N5 contributionsWonderful time!!Had the most wonderful time at Moraitis winery, Thanos was our guide and was so knowledgeable, answered every single question we had. The wine and cheese pairing was the cherry on top - the wines were absolutely delicious and perfectly paired with each cheese. The guide, who showed us the winery and the vines and explained the family story, was very competent. - Andy B6 contributionsBrilliant afternoon outA really great experience, thoroughly enjoyed it throughout. The tour lasted about 45 minutes and was really well presented by our guide( think his name was Costas). We then had 5 wines to taste paired with specific cheeses. This was a brilliant experience and would highly recommend . Well worth the money (€45). We bought a couple of bottles of wine from the winery to enjoy later.Visited September 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten September 10, 2024
- Jessica NWashington DC, District of Columbia58 contributionsGreat afternoon of wine and cheese!Moraitis is a beautiful winery. We took the tour which lasts about 40 minutes. The 40 minutes went fast because our guide was informative and funny. The tour is both indoors and outdoors and the grounds are lovely! We opted for the 5 wine tasting with cheese pairing and it was great. We really enjoyed the wines! Afterwards we sat outside on the front patio and enjoyed another glass of wine in a super chill setting. I highly recommend!Visited September 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten September 18, 2024

Really enjoyed the tour and 3 flight wine tasting yesterday. Kosta was our very knowledgeable tour guide who had a great sense of humour. The tour took about 40mins and covered the history and the processes involved with the production of their red, white and rose varieties.
20€ each or you could do a more expensive flight with 5 wine and matched cheeses of which I can’t remember the exact price.
Beautiful setting with seating
Would recommend booking

One of the highlights of our holiday, a fantastic winery!
The tour guide, and everyone else who served us were all fantastic and so friendly.
Not only did we think the wine was actually very reasonably priced, it was brilliant quality.
Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our visit to this winery. The walk was easily done from the town. We found the staff to be very well informed and knew what they were talking about. We ended up returning later in our trip to try a further flight of wine (having tried 2 earlier in the week) and we finished off with a glass of the rose and one of the reds (our favourites). Thoroughly enjoyed this place and would very much recommend you visit if you're in Paros.

A lovely winery with good wine. But be aware that a flight of 3 glasses, as a tasting is 11 EU (the least expensive) and to actually tour the winery is 18 EU each. The woman who waited on us was very helpful and suggested other things to see on the island.

We had a great tour and overall experience here as a stop on our honeymoon (tasting and your). But be forewarned that the bottles are way overpriced at the actual winery vs the price you get in the town of nauosa, 12 euro cheaper than the price we paid at the winery, which sucks since you would think that you should be getting somewhat of a deal after getting the tour, tastings, etc. that said 4 stars since we had a great time but don’t buy bottles here

Dear ddieska
We would like to thank you for choosing to visit Moraitis Winery during your honeymoon and we are glad you had a great time with us.
As for the prices of our wines you mention, we might have failed in making clear to you the difference between the prices of the wines that are served at the winery restaurant and the retail prices of our wines to take away.
As you can understand, the retail prices are much lower and almost the same prices (if not cheaper) of other local wine shops.
I hope you will visit us again sometime to resolve this misunderstanding.

We found this wonderful winery through a web search and so glad we did! We did the wine tour with an excellent and knowledgeable guide, Thanos, followed by a delightful Paros wine and Naxos cheese sampling. Whether you are on Naxos for a few days or a few weeks this is worth working into your plans. Call to reserve a tour ahead of time.
