Clean facilities , relaxing sessions with lovely aromas , friendly staff , unfortunately we could only take pictures of the reception (you are not allowed to take your mobile with you) but the place looks nice . We ate at restaurante L'obergine , our waiter was ISMAEL , gave us a professional and friendly service , the food was good . Thank you!

The facilities, food and service were all brilliant! My fiancé and I stayed for one night, and spent two full days hopping between saunas and pools. It was an incredibly relaxing escape!

Before purchasing your ticket, you are asked your ID card - for “your security”. On ID cards are stored a lot of sensible data and I do not feel comfortable that a privat business company wants acces to these data. This is not a medical facility where it would make sense to show your ID, but this is a commercial company. And anyway, I do not see how acces to the data on my ID card can improve my security in the wellness. If I’d be in the unlucky situation to need medical assistance while in the spa, then hopefully medical personal will understand my needs without first checking on my ID. So, why the pressure? I refused to show my ID card and the receptionist asked my name and birth date instead (after checking with her boss). Well, it’s ok that a company wants to know with whom they are dealing but a name would be sufficient. They still have to learn that customers care about privacy.

The accommodation and staff are great. It was a very beautiful day we spent there in contrast to the rainy weather... However, the processes of the reception, especially when leaving, really needs to be revisited. Or foresee (additional) mobile reception points for peek-moments as there was staff enough in the house... And why not create the opportunity to have it all coupled in advance to a credit-card upon arrival (or even in advance?) with a fast checkout like in some hotels is very common nowadays?

It was the first time we were here after their expansion. We were not really happy and relaxed though after our visit. Something you would not expect from a sauna but what we missed was warmth. We were very cold actually. Many sauna's give out on the outside which was not comfortable in winter time. The water in the swimming pools was not that warm either. The sauna closes at 23h00. Even 25 minutes before we were already put in the cold. They literally opened the door to the hamam. This was not a nice feeling. Definitely not enthousiastic about this place. Maybe after some sports, one sauna to close. But not for a nice relaxing evening.
