Nice food and beverages, incl wine and fizzling. Desserts and coffee alright. A bit untidy, especially the floors, but they were regularly tidied up, and dishes were rather quickly taken away. Lot’s of places to sit. Furniture a bit worn. We were actually flying from T1 and went through security there, but there is a transfer bus airside between terminals 1 and 3 that leaves every 10 minutes, and the ride takes some 2 minutes. In T1, just look for the signs for gates F and G, and you will find the bus stop. When calculating the time, don’t forget to add some for passport control if you will be flying out of the Schengen area (incl to the UK these days).

At the check in counter I found the assistant very rude. I showed him my ticket and Platinum card and then he just pointed at a sign saying vaccine. No explanation. I couldn’t understand what he meant because to be on the gate side of security you had to show a COVID pass. My ticket also showed that I was cleared to fly and he had scanned that. All he had to do was be polite and explain why they had to check again. I showed him my pass and all was okay. Customer service skills need some work! Inside the lounge was busy and a good choice of food. No other complaints.
