My daughter attended the ski school here for a week after never been skiing before. I was concerned initially with the idea of sending my daughter (7) off everyday to learn a new sport in unfamiliar territory and with unfamiliar people/language barriers etc. The ski school staff were outstanding (Sarah in particular) they took such good care of my daughter as well as the other children. They had insane amounts of patience with the children and were very kind!
The school started at 9.30 and finished at 3 and included lunch and my daughter was more than happy with the food they served. The cost in comparison to childcare in the uk was very very good and the fact that my daughter learnt to ski and needed a ski pass by day 2 was super impressive. Overall I have experienced a few of the ski/snowboard schools in this area and iv been most impressed with SSS. Look no further if you need a ski school for little Ones, best instructors by far!

Our 4 and 6 year olds both enjoyed learning to ski with this well organised ski school and had a great time. We were amazed at what they achieved and impressed with the friendliness of the staff and instructors. They both proudly wore their medals to school on our return home! No hesitation to recommend.

Nicky, Helmut and Kurt make this the go-to ski hire and lesson venue in Leogang.There is always a friendly face in mupltiple languages to make life easy.
They have a very good range of skis and equipment to rent/buy, and have a great team of talented instructors.
We are Leogang regulars, and always take our friends to SSS.

We did rent both all our ski and also bought private ski lessons for our children. Very good service and flexible. Can absolutely recommend this place.

Our kids made huge progress in one week, loved the teachers, had fun on and off piste and at lunch, strong recommendation!

This is our 5th skiing holiday with our kids and we've used a ski class before. We tried private ski lessons for our 6 and 8 year old this year. a little more expensive, but we felt would be worth it. We went for 3 x 2 hour lessons. The three adults in our group are all experienced skiiers, with combined skiing experience of over 20 years each, took turns to shadow the lessons at the kid's request. We were each surprised that the "teacher" really did not "teach" very much. She was very nice and the children liked her, but she just took them on ski boot camp for 2 hours. She did not seem to assess their ability at the start, nor their progress during the lessons nor did she ask us what we hoped they might achieve. When she did give them an exercise to try or an instruction, they didn't do what she said, or didn't seem to understand, and she didn't follow up or remind them. In fact my younger sons' posture was not corrected at all and he ended up skiing stooped over the whole time and tended up finishing early due to back ache! We spent the next 3 days teaching them ourselves and they skied much better and were less uncomfortable. Perhaps we should have mentioned our concerns earlier, but I wondered if day 1 was an assessment day and more teaching might take place on day 2. When we gave feedback to the office the 4th day, we basically got a telling off; I was reprimanded for not mentioning my concerns earlier and was not offered any recompense whatsoever. We were told that this was was one of their best teachers (?!?) Well they would say that I suppose, but I'd hate to have one of their average ones! Will definitely go somewhere else next time. Other reviewers said they helped with getting ski passes, but they refused to do this and said they never did it. Would not recommend I'm afraid.
