I drove down from Las Palmas - maybe about an hour. The views of the coast are superb once you get away from the populated area. I don't have a fear of heights, but I'd imagine it might be a nerve-wracking drive if you do....More

The old road from Aldea to Puerto de las Nieves, the GC-200 is now closed. You can see why with a little walk along the closed road - falling rock! However, the new route is via a 3km tunnel so you miss the spectacular views...More

Easy to find and a pleasant short walk from the car parking area to the viewing point. As with all of Gran Canaria there isn't a bad view anywhere and this is no exception. Lovely coastline and great photo opportunity.

This view is breathtaking. On good clear days, you can see Tenerife very clear, which is only 35km away. You can keep watching this view, don't you?

There’s a very winding but scenic road along the beautiful west coast from Aldea de San Nicolas to Puerto de las Nieves. It offers breathtaking views, though consider popping an anti-vertigo pill before starting the drive. One of my favorite spots along the way is...More

A nice view. The place also have a wagon selling drinks and coffee. No toilet at the place, except nature. GC 200 was closed north of the location. If still closed you must backtrack GC200 to GC2. If you dont like turny «western norwegian» roads...More
