    Go to Eumundi Market
This is the second time we have visited the market & it didn’t disappoint. We caught the local bus from Noosa Heads which cost $10 each way and took 30 minutes. There’s a great selection of fresh food, juices, coffee and takeaway as well as original jewellery, locally made clothing, art and if you’re in the mood there are psychics and clairvoyants. Lots of live music. We spent approximately 4 hours there and it was just enough time. Definitely worth a visit

    Fantastic markets, so much choice!
Outstanding market, absolutely fantastic! The range in items there is brilliant, it's HUGE and so much to buy. We spent four hours there and had to drag ourselves away before we broke the bank. Great spot. Veggie friendly food too, and Vegan. Yummy.

    A must for visitors
Saturday morning visit to Eumundi market is a must. There are plenty of hand made items - jewellery, candles, pottery; remedies for aches and pain; pet treats and accessories; photographic art work, artisan handicrafts, fresh produce, crochet baby items, delicious food to buy and take home. Fresh food to eat - all varieties and all delicious. Plenty of room to sit and accessible for all
Hi carolynw97 Wonderful to read you had a great day. Sounds like you may have found a few things to home as well! Thank you for visiting us. Cheers OEM Team

One of the biggest market days I've ever been to. Hundreds of stalls selling everything from t-shirts to specialized artworks. We wandered for the morning and picked up a few souvenirs of our trip. Plan to get there early as the stalls close up around 2pm. There is limited parking and a fee of $9 to park as long as you like. No cash just tap n go. Could have spent more money than we did!

Don't forget the High St shops
Eumundi market is massive - I think as big as any market I have been in, both in Australia and overseas. You can buy virtually anything and everything - there are rows after rows of stalls selling clothing, souvenirs, food items, health products and all sorts of exotica. Not much in the way of 'trash or treasure' though, a definite plus. While the market is huge, it is also worth checking out the shops in Eumundi's short main street, which is right besides the market. There are cosy (and chic) cafes, a classic pub, an excellent bookshop and two very well organised charity stores, where perhaps the best bargains could be had.

A visit to The Original Eumundi Markets
Really enjoyed our visit to the markets but wished we had gotten here earlier as it was busy (arrived at 9.30). Parking was managed by one of the local charities and does cost but you’re right next door to the markets so less time spent walking in the heat. Stalls selling handmade candles, jewellery, home wares, dog wares etc etc. Lots of great food options and places to sit whilst enjoying the entertainment.

    Great market
First time here for one of us. Great market. Parking in the parking area was well worth the $9, so organised and right across the road. Go early as it gets busy. So many stalls and food vendors galore to choose from a great variety.

    Great outdoor market
We went on Wednesday, and there are so many stalls to look at. The parking is a bit of a nightmare, but patience is key. It was so busy, I couldn't believe it, especially for a Wednesday morning. Next time I go I will be sure to take a lot of moola as there were so many amazing dresses and clothes to choose from. 100% a must do if you're out this way.

Amazing markets. Absolutely huge offering a very wide variety of crafts, nicknacks, food etc you name it and it's probably there. You need a lot of time to walk around the many stalls. Lots of parking but paid. You have to get there early if you want free parking. There are certainly some very clever people out there. I guarantee you will enjoy walking and looking at the stalls

    Eumundi Market 👌🏼
Arguably one of the best markets in Australia. If you can’t find something here that entertains you, you are hard to please. The quality of the merchandise and amazing food offerings, allow for an easy half day of wandering, eating and purchasing! Easy to find and navigate and ample amenities spread throughout the market, make it a really pleasant experience. If you are in the area and love a market wander - this is a must do morning!

My partner and I love going to different markets. Maybe because this was the last one we hit up on our trip, we were a bit disappointed to see more of the same. Was hoping for a bit more fresh food options as well. Nice to stroll around in, but honestly we did not buy anything. I'd probably recommend hitting this up early on in a trip and maybe bypassing other smaller ones.

Your website states the market will be on ‘rain hail or shine’ so as visitors to your area we drove up from Maroochydore only to find a very dismal turnout from stall holders. I am sympathetic towards the stall holders because it was a rainy day but I think the ‘organisation’ ‘committee’ ‘board’ or whatever you call yourselves firstly needs to change the website to read ‘weather permitting’ but long term why have you not built permanent all weather roof shelter for your stall holders who presumably pay rent to operate (I’d imagine more rent than most being such a high profile market). How long have you been operating??? It’s nigh time, put some money back in.

We didn't have breakfast and the first challenge of the day was to pick from all the fun offerings. These markets are famous and our Wednesday visit just after the peak holiday weekends met crowds were manageable. Parking is well organised -happy to contribute to the charities for their efficient parking skills and enjoyed the couple of hours of wandering. Our early start meant the first hour was nice and quiet. By the time we left, it was starting to get a bit crowded.

Spent a lovely Saturday browsing, shopping & eating at the Market. There was plenty of parking, we paid $6, the food was delicious, throughout our trip we had a Portuguese tart, fresh squeezed orange juice, filtered water, hemp coffee & a wood fired pizza. We purchased some beautiful products including myrtle lemon spray, a kangaroo purse & a crocodile belt, all fabulous quality. Friendly stall holders topped off our day. Highly recommended if in the area.

A lot of places seem to claim that their market is the best and a lot of them turn out to be quite disappointing, but not the Eumundi markets! These markets really lived up to their reputation of being Australia's premier artisan market. I had a great time here and forgot to take pictures, so you'll just have to trust me and come and check them out for yourself.

Eumundi is located about a 40-minute drive North of where we were staying in Montville. The markets are only open on Wednesdays and Saturdays, so you will need to plan your stay around these times if you are keen to visit.

I bought seven pairs of the most adorable earrings from a local girl and have been wearing them proudly since. We also bought lots of fresh, local food and drinks.

Pro tip: Find the fudge stand and try their Coconut Ice

Eumundi Markets. Hippies and retirees selling you overpriced "Australian crafts" with the atmosphere of Soviet Russia, Crowded, shuffling slowly from stall to stall then waiting in long lines to hand over your cash.
Went on a Wednesday, Maybe it’s different off season.

The eumundi Markets are famous for their variety and quality of products showcasing their area.
We visited just before the outdoor gatherings were restricted by the government. There were plenty of empty stall places but was still busy.
LOtS of clothes stalls, we actually got bored of them. Plenty of food options available, you won't starve or miss out on coffee. We had breakky at eumundi eats... The eggs bene meals were good, our coffee not the best we had during our sunnt coast visit.
There was 1 plant stall and of citrus plants, really disappointed there. Otherwise plenty of knick knacks, candles and scents, and health option type things.
Great experience though, and you must visit when able to, to see what it's all about

Excellent morning exploring the markets with a business group. We browsed the stalls and enjoyed breakfast and brunch from the food stall owners. We thoroughly enjoyed the time spent at the markets and would highly recommend a visit to the markets during your stay in the Sunshine Coast

We found parking okay and free but we got there early. Although the size of the markets are hugh there wasnt a lot that took my fancy food wise and only a few markets stalls worth looking at. Nice setting and venue though.

One of the things that shocked me and I was disappointed about was the Old Macdonald travelling farm. There was no room for the animals and the woman in charge was grumpy and just pulling out animals from nowhere. There was a woman in there running around trying to catch a baby pig who was squeeling in distress and didnt have a name we were told which makes me think the owner doesnt have any empathy towards her animals.

I was frightened how all the animals and caging fit into the trailer in the first place to get here. All animals were thrown in together. I did some researching and the farm franchise specialises in baby animals which gave me tiger king vibes - no info on the site of where the animals came from or what happens when they are no longer small and cute 😔
