It was in good condition and a tough enough challenge! We played in very high winds especially along the water on the back side but our partners told us it was not that bad?? Hit a 3 hybrid to a 145 yd par 3 and didn't get there! Yikes it was windy boys!!! Apparently it is very often a windy... More

I played two rounds at this course. It is a seaside layout. Wind is a constant element to consider. Services were very friendly. Rates were reasonable. It was fairly busy when I played in the afternoon. Mostly locals. Lots of 90 degree doglegs so check the yardage before hitting your tee balls. I used my GPS which did not help... More

Played this course a few times in the past 10 years but this year ( Sept 2016 )the course conditioning did not seem as good as other years. But their fees are good with us paying just under $45 for a green fee and powers carts tax in , for 130 PM golf first weekend in Sept. Wouldn't rush back... More

Have played several times over the years and find it fun, particularly the holes requiring hitting a tee shot over a fair amount of water. Not a difficult course, but enough challenge to entertain. We return whenever we stay at Stanhope Campground. The breakfast is super. Not a lot of choice, but eggs, meat, home fries, toast, and coffee for... More

We played 18 holes on this well maintained, links style course. Pot bunkers, wide fairways, big greens with lots of swales. The greens fee with cart was $75 CA per person. Less than the best resort courses on PEI, and a similar experience. (The course was a little easier.)

My family and I had a great time playing at the Stanhope Golf Club. Well maintained course, friendly staff and endless views of both water and land. We aren't great golfers, but my husband and I and our sons, 15 and 10, all had a great time. Can't wait to come back for another round.

...but sadly the rain started on the 13th hole. Great golf course - very forgiving - lots of open area. But watch out for those dog-leg fairways! Wonderful views of the bay, as well.

The course is forgiving on most holes. It has a few risk vs. reward holes. The weather plays a big role towards enjoying the round because of it’s location. I’ve played this course about a dozen times and have never had a bad experience. The buildings are experienced and older gas powered carts but the place still has a certain... More

I had a great time for my first round of the year. It's a very forgiving course and has some nice views of the bay and ocean.
