We were delighted to visit this shop during our recent stay in Lochcarron. This is a delightful store with a very comprehensive range of high quality locally weaved and knitted products. The store was well layed out and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. This is certainly worth a visit.

Make sure you have a spare hour to spend browsing in Lochcarron Weavers Shop. A friendly welcome and attentive staff who were more than happy to let us wander through the shop at our own pace. There is a very interesting display of a Hattersley loom and some historical information. We didn’t feel under any pressure to buy and although I hadn’t intended to buy anything I couldn’t resist a rug in a contemporary tartan design. Since returning home the rug has been admired my many and used frequently!!

Hidden away down a small road you find this wonderful shop. I saw many reviews on this and we decided to go and get some traditional scottish woven items. Great buying from this shop.

A beautiful shop with wide choice for both man and woman. Cachemire jumpers, scarfs and cardigans, tartans, warm and soft blankets and throws. When we visited there was a sale on some items and very good bargains we found. Compared to prices we found in other parts of the UK this was a very good place to shop. The shop assistant was helpful and charming.

Very misleading - no sign of the famous Lochcarron Knitwear on display anywhere. Plenty of other brands of knitwear not made locally but that's not what I was looking for. Also difficult to find due to bad signposting. Really not worth the effort.

If you are looking for gorgeous and high-quality items, this is your place! Filled with beautiful coats, sweaters, scarves, kilts, everything you can imagine. All locally made. As you’d expect for items of this quality, they don’t come cheap but they’ll last you forever. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the drive to look around and maybe treat yourself!

Really enjoyed popping in to this place. The tartan is so beautiful. Lots of gift ideas, purses, scarves, tablet. Beautiful cashmere jumpers, scarves. Whilst I wasn't hunting for a kilt or sporran I did buy some small pieces of tartan to use in my embroidery- 3 pieces 23cm square for £1. There were some other larger pieces in a bundle for £16- perfect for the crafter.

We stopped the weavers shop on the way past to Strome Castle and ended up spending quite a lot of money here. The woollen jumpers were lovely quality, really beautiful.

The lady running the shop was very friendly - she kept our two boys well entertained while we were there (in fact, my 5-year-old even asked if we could "come again to play soon"!), immediately showed us where all the sale items were and made sure we had a printed weather forecast before we left.

This is a must-stop for anyone looking for lovely quality knitwear and is worth a detour - the range in the shop is impressive.
