I understand the need for businesses keep afloat but making rules that make no sense are just insulting.
My daughter bought new socks as current coronavirus rules insist, she then went again a week later and had to buy yet another pair. I then took five kids and all had their own trampoline sock from previous visits but had to buy five more new pairs (ÂŁ10 of unexpected expense). I would bare this expense if I could understand the reasons and why a brand new pair of socks will prevent coronavirus - please someone tell me! Should they also of purchased a new pair of leggings for the amount of times they land on their bums!
Please be more imaginative and consider being fair for the customers who may not have excess cash to go over the expected cost.

We booked a weekday afterschool party for 21 kids, it happened to fall on the hottest day on record ever. The staff at Jumpcity were helpful and friendly from the outset until we waved them goodbye. Under stressful circumstances where the air-conditioning and freezers had broken down, the team coped really well. They were faced with hot and flustered parents and excitable kids, and they were so onto of it all. In particular Cheva, Stella and Lilly made our daughters birthday a success. Recommended experience. Many thanks

My son has cerebral palsy and autism. So I have been looking to take him to places that at for special needs children and his twin sister can come along to. Jump city do an amazing SEND hour, all the lights are on, no loud music and other things they put in place for children with additional needs. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves as there were only 5 other children there. It was great and my son absolutely loved it. We will be going back for sure.

We’ve just had our first visit since they reopened after lockdown. I had my reservations but the kids love this place so much & i’d seen from the promo video Jump city had put a lot of effort into being COVID ready. They’ve done all the things other places have done like screens, sanitiser and signage, but they’ve also done a lot more that I didn’t think was possible. In between sessions a team of staff are running around cleaning all the mats, touch areas and even seems to be spraying/fogging the sponge pits. Tables & chairs are sanitized after every customer, even the lockers are being cleaned every session. Staff are all wearing masks, but they are still super friendly and helpful as always. It actually makes me feel a little guilty sitting mask free enjoying a coffee from the viewing platform. You can see the staff are working so hard to make sure that the place is COVID safe and that customers feel it. Well done to the staff & management, you are doing a great job as always.
One thing to note, one of the conditions of their reopening is that new socks must be used with every session. It’s annoying when you already have loads in the drawer from previous visits, but hey when you see how much the staff are doing their end, it’s a small price to pay. Thanks Jump City for getting us into the new normal safely.

I’ve emailed about something I wasn’t happy about on my visit. Still haven’t had a response back. Think it’s pathetic when I booked online and online it doesn’t state new socks needs to be purchased EACH time visited. When I told the person at reception his like yeah it’s false advertisement they haven’t updated the system yet.

AVOID if you/your child has food esp Nut allergies. The staff are not helpful or reasonable at all. Their 'general manager' is like an AI creation. Like a robot. She definitely doesn't come across as someone who is from a customer service background! The staff claim that all their food is safe and that there are no nuts on the premises and that there is no risk of cross contamination with their party food, but they actually sell Nutella dips! If you want to book a party, and one or more of your guests have a nut allergy, please do not book this place if you want the allergy guest to feel included. If a child has food allergies, Jumpcity would rather a child be excluded from participating at meal times at their parties than let a child take in something safe for them to eat. All this whilst selling their Nutella on site. There are much better, reliable and safer places to book if you need to host a party. This is NOT an allergy friendly place. I've only visited their toilets once and when i did, the toilets near their cafe were very dirty. Jumpcity is generally a musty and dingy looking place, set in an industrial estate-like location. Avoid!

Really disappointing trampoline park , kids we’re bored after 15 minutes!
Over priced food and drink
I brought pizza with looks and tastes like theyve brought Chicagos pizza from Tescos and cooked it !
The trampoline place in Harlow is a million times better and cheaper too!

Took 30 children to an after school jump city, staff were welcoming, friendly and really helped us with managing the volume of children. They went above and beyond and we are very grateful. Pizza was reasonably priced and came out when asked, hot and looked lovely.
Thank you again for making our event, as stress free as possible!

I am SO impressed with how the young, energetic staff at Jump City helped organise my son's 7th birthday party. My son has additional needs, as do some of his friends, and Jump City immediately offered a variety of support measures to ensure his party was a success. From our first email conversation to the party itself, we felt welcomed and accepted (which is a refreshing change to some other local organisations), and most importantly all the kids had an absolute blast! I felt the staff had a great understanding and experience of SEND groups.
Jump City is smaller and less chaotic than other similar venues, with just one entrance/exit (so it's easy to keep an eye on where your kids are!). And yet, there is still a variety of things to do! Basketball hoops, light up challenges, a high wall to jump off, foam pits ... and of course LOTS of trampolines! The café is perfectly fine - exactly what you'd expect for a kids venue. This is definitely our number one trampoline park in the area.
Particular thanks to Vicky and Skye for all their help organising and facilitating the party with such tenacity and warmth.

Booked online to make sure there would be space. Yet the welcome I received was poor. Receptionist couldn't grasp the concept that I wasn't with the man already signing in. When we got over that hurdle she quickly acknowledged our booking. Gave us our wrist bands & sent us on. I had to come back to ask about socks. And again the response was lacking- there was no mention of this on the website yet I was made to feel foolish. Cold interaction and too busy chatting. Shame.
The trampolining was fab. Great range of activities. Someone hurt themselves and the staff were fantastic at clean up & first aid. Cafe has plenty of seats above the trampolines so you can watch your children. Lockers available. Although there is limited parking outside. Super fun.

I think it’s £9.95 for a 1 hour session regardless of age. Plus £1 for a pair of grip socks if you don’t have any. You can use any brand from any other jump park though.
