I came across this trampoline venue when visiting the area for soft play recently and I would have never come across it otherwise. Hence, I would have most definitely visited earlier if I'd known about it.

It is extremely well run, with temperature checks upon arrival, social distancing at reception and the strict guidelines of having to buy new socks every time you visit until government guidelines change.

We went on Bank Holiday Monday which offered a special promotion of £5 pp per session and were informed that they would continue this every Wednesday during term-time.

The venue itself is a decent size but not as big as the trampoline venue in Enfield. Nevertheless, there is more than enough space and fantastic entertaining space suitable for adults and kids. I think the Enfield one is a little better if you have younger children below the age of 3 but there is still lots of trampoline sections for toddlers to enjoy with the help of their parent.

There is also space to hold a birthday party here and a good seating area for light refreshments whilst you watch those jumping.

We booked a weekday afterschool party for 21 kids, it happened to fall on the hottest day on record ever. The staff at Jumpcity were helpful and friendly from the outset until we waved them goodbye. Under stressful circumstances where the air-conditioning and freezers had broken down, the team coped really well. They were faced with hot and flustered parents and excitable kids, and they were so onto of it all. In particular Cheva, Stella and Lilly made our daughters birthday a success. Recommended experience. Many thanks

My son has cerebral palsy and autism. So I have been looking to take him to places that at for special needs children and his twin sister can come along to. Jump city do an amazing SEND hour, all the lights are on, no loud music and other things they put in place for children with additional needs. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves as there were only 5 other children there. It was great and my son absolutely loved it. We will be going back for sure.

I understand the need for businesses keep afloat but making rules that make no sense are just insulting.
My daughter bought new socks as current coronavirus rules insist, she then went again a week later and had to buy yet another pair. I then took five kids and all had their own trampoline sock from previous visits but had to buy five more new pairs (£10 of unexpected expense). I would bare this expense if I could understand the reasons and why a brand new pair of socks will prevent coronavirus - please someone tell me! Should they also of purchased a new pair of leggings for the amount of times they land on their bums!
Please be more imaginative and consider being fair for the customers who may not have excess cash to go over the expected cost.

Really disappointing trampoline park , kids we’re bored after 15 minutes!
Over priced food and drink
I brought pizza with looks and tastes like theyve brought Chicagos pizza from Tescos and cooked it !

The trampoline place in Harlow is a million times better and cheaper too!

Went there on 25th July on reopening. Felt very safe. Lots of cleaning, temperature checks on arrival, hand sanitiser readily available and limited capacity. New socks must have to be purchased so you can’t take your own. This isn’t an issue and fully understand but it would be better if this was made clear on the website so there are no surprises at the door. Overall really good experience, well done.

Great fun with our two grandsons (3 and 2). Good value for money, not too crowded and clean. Loses a star because the lockers are too small and the waiting area gets jammed at the end of a session. Also the £1 charge for the locker is non-refundable which drives me mad! Forgot to take my phone out so lost a pound, really irritating especially when you need two to fit all your stuff in. I will come again but will store my stuff elsewhere.

I’ve emailed about something I wasn’t happy about on my visit. Still haven’t had a response back. Think it’s pathetic when I booked online and online it doesn’t state new socks needs to be purchased EACH time visited. When I told the person at reception his like yeah it’s false advertisement they haven’t updated the system yet.

We’ve just had our first visit since they reopened after lockdown. I had my reservations but the kids love this place so much & i’d seen from the promo video Jump city had put a lot of effort into being COVID ready. They’ve done all the things other places have done like screens, sanitiser and signage, but they’ve also done a lot more that I didn’t think was possible. In between sessions a team of staff are running around cleaning all the mats, touch areas and even seems to be spraying/fogging the sponge pits. Tables & chairs are sanitized after every customer, even the lockers are being cleaned every session. Staff are all wearing masks, but they are still super friendly and helpful as always. It actually makes me feel a little guilty sitting mask free enjoying a coffee from the viewing platform. You can see the staff are working so hard to make sure that the place is COVID safe and that customers feel it. Well done to the staff & management, you are doing a great job as always.
One thing to note, one of the conditions of their reopening is that new socks must be used with every session. It’s annoying when you already have loads in the drawer from previous visits, but hey when you see how much the staff are doing their end, it’s a small price to pay. Thanks Jump City for getting us into the new normal safely.

Visited Jump City last weekend with hubby and 3 children (aged between 3 and 8 years) and had the best time! The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Have to say a special thank you to Adam who went above and beyond to make the experience even more special for my boys and they left saying how lovely and kind Adam was :)
We can’t recommend enough. A great place to go whatever the weather and you are made to feel very welcome. Thank you! X
