You should invest some time to taste traditional wines from Chianti region, especially in this winery thanks to avery kind person, called Stephano!!! He gave us special attention serving 18 different wines, always with a good sense of humor and knowledge. Cheers from Brazil Stephano!! Fran & Leandro

What a wonderful experience in this town of Panzano. Stefano was such an entertaining guy with such a passion for wine.

Stephano is a wonderful, charming host and knows the wines of the area well. We enjoyed his stories, he was funny, and he speaks 7 languages! I've been to many wine testing'sand this is the best one ever!

We chose to go to Chianti at the spur of the moment and landed up at Accademia del Buon Gusto. We took the bus from Florence and in an hour we were at Panzano. Stefano enthralled us with his anecdotes whilst we did some wine tasting. Lovely day spent. A must go destination. Don't miss lunch at Dario Doc.

Stephano is a most charming host with an original take on wine. Definitely worth the visit. Tip: there's a small parking lot when you srive towards the historical centre. Free and very close by, just some steps and a short climb and you're right in the centre.

We were driving around towns in Chianti and stumbled into Panzano di Chianti. Walking through its streets we saw the sign of Accademia Del Buon Gusto, and went in. What an experience!!!! Stefano is so lovely and engaging! We tasted like 15 different wines each with a story. One of the most wonderful experiences in Tuscany!!! Don't miss it!!

This was a memorable wine tasting with Prof Stephano! He is such a warm and welcoming person. I entered his store with my wife and kids (9 and 5 years) while he was in the middle of a tasting session with two other couples. He accommodated us right away and regaled us with his philosophies on life and stories of... More

My daughter and I sought out Stephano after reading all the great reviews on Trip Advisor, and we were not disappointed. When reading the reviews, you see many adjectives used to describe him and his wine tasting experience: passionate, entertaining, beautiful, informative, delicious, generous, warm, inviting, unique, enthusiastic, attentive, wonderful, ....and all are accurate. We were fortunate enough to have... More
