From the moment you pull up in the car park at either the Sinsheim or Speyer sites, you know that this is going to be an experience unlike any other you have ever had in any museum, ever. Great presentation of exhibits with good context and information provided, but what was amazing was that you were allowed to go almost... More

This museum showcases some of the best, most interesting, well presented and eclectic auto/technical equipment ever built. The museum is extremely easy to access by train from Heidelberg, access is fast and the displays very well put together and really comprehensive. My biggest disappointment was that I had not allowed at least a day/preferably two to explore all on offer.... More

I absolutely loved this museum! I have been to quite of few museums growing up but none have been so much fun. I am 25 years old and felt like a little kid around all the big toys and awesome displays. This is a great place for adults as well as children. We had our 3 week old daughter with... More

If you love engines of any description then you will love this. You can easily spend a few hours wandering this imcredible selection and collection of cars, planes, tractors, trains, bikes, machines, military wares and so on. Colourful, sometimes interactive and good facilities otherwise, the place is geared up for enthusiasts. German and English translations. There is even a slide... More

Definitely a place to visit. The displays include everything from the beautiful classic cars of Marilyn Monroes days to racing cars, old steam trains, military, old sewing machines, first automobiles created right up to the wonderful old airplanes. You even get a chance to go up into the concord....bit frightening but interesting

This museum has everything from Old School automobiles, trains, generators and planes! I highly recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes. To see everything you will need at least 3 hours. My favorite was going on the concorde plane because the way it is positioned makes it feel real.

The big buildings houses a collection of classic cars, war memorabilia, planes, charge organs, German WOII uniforms, cycling attic with bikes from the Tour the France. Outside there are 25 planes, The Concorde en the Russian copy, Choppers, modern fighters. There is no line or story in the collection. Just walk around en wonder about the weird and wonderful.

The museum is located just next to the Autobahn, so it is fairly easily accessible. There are three big halls and two of them have planes on top. The Concorde and Tu144 are a must, and so is the collection of vintage cars. I have spent a few hours taking photos of just the grills of the old cars and... More
