Art, history but discreet
Sep 2020
Nesebar for example is more comercial and loud. Old Szozool has a biger area of old town and the ritm of the place is more human. There are a lot of locals realy lived in those buildings, cooking sweets or just looking people passing by. The restaurants can be very good, surprising and a lot of them has realy extraordinary views. There are shops for every kind of tastes or pockets, there are 2 artistic gallery with works from well known bulgarian artists, and of course, there are 3-5 artisanat shops. Also one or two winery, with great local wines and a lot of cosmetic shops with the national production of rose creams and soaps

Great location for spending evenings and nights
Sep 2020 • Family
A cozy small very old town in stone with a lot of stores, bars and restaurants in the middle and on the edges by its rocky shores. It’s almost completely pedestrian town. Just a bit pricy compared to the rest of the places but nothing too crazy. That’s to be expected anyways.

IT s a mix between Croația and Greece, but with a bulgarian twist. Nice shops, spectacular views, some great restaurants.

Tradional buildings in this hill top town
Oct 2019
Lovely little hill town to walk through. Keep your eyes out for little walkways that you can see the sea through. Lots of wooden and stone/wooden houses built in the traditional manor. Lots of tour buses stop here, so you do get waves of people coming through. If you arrive early or stay later in the afternoon there are fewer tourist groups.

The perfect house for a perfect vacation

The studio we rented was furnished in retro chic, with a kitchenette and a balcony with a staggering view of the sea and the cliffs. It was very clean and comfortable with a genuinely artistic atmosphere. Hosts are super friendly and food at the restaurant was so delicious. Would be definitely coming back!

Beautiful
Aug 2020 • Couples
You can make a thousand walks in the picturesque old town and you will still want more. The best part is that it is positioned right at the sea so you can enjoy the sunset over the sea while you enjoy a walk in the old town.
You have a choice of many top restaurants so you can enjoy a different nice place to eat every night. An important thing to note is that most restaurants are traditional but Bulgarian food is so tasty.

Nice old town extremely touristic
Aug 2020 • Business
One could spend here a day not more, there are plenty of restaurants and some see activities. The View is very nice, some of the old houses are charming. But I'm if you are looking for a high quality vacation you should look elsewhere. Restaurants, coffee shops and other businesses are very basic up to low level.

The nice old town of Sozopol
Jul 2020
The old town of Sozopol is interesting and romantic with its narrow streets full of restaurants, bars and cafes and the beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding beaches. There are also some archeological sites around
